When I walked in the door, you instantly knew my name and what service I was there for. Not my nail tech but another member of your team also addressed me by my first name. It was almost like you briefed your team on your customers. This attention to detail enhanced my visit and truly shows how much you care. When I left you immediately asked me to book my next appointment. This is the first time I can recall where I didn't have to be the one asking about pre-booking my next appointment. When I was booking my next appointment I was informed of other services I could add at the same time as my next manicure. It was nice to know I could get a manicure and a pedicure at the exact same time. I had such a wonderful and pleasant experience, I told my mom and we booked her an appointment for Saturday. I have been going to my current nail tech for the last year and a half when my best friend told me about your establishment. I decided to give it a try and I was so happy I did. I had came to V-Beauty for a 2 day lip blushing course. I decided to go with this studio and trainer because her work was beautiful. I have prior machine work so I feel that worked to my advantage. However I was a little disappointed after the class. We did not cover color theory and how to select colors based on clients request and natural lip shade, which I feel was an important part of lip blushing. We did do swatches but it doesn’t really aid when a client is in front of you. But I was told it will come with time. The kit contains a machine and needles and 3 small sample shades of Mara and 1 practice pad. However it was not a quality pad for ink. Model day felt rushed, which made me feel like I was failing.

Overall, I appreciate the technique taught but feel that a little more in depth information for real life clients & situations along with walking through color selection would be more beneficial. If you’ve never had experience with a machine, I don’t know that I’d...
