I can not express in words how fantastic Jackie is! My wedding dress was previously altered by a private seamstress who did not alter my dress correctly. I called Jackie who made a special arrangement to see me since it was so close to our wedding date. She not only fixed my dress but immediately made me feel at ease the minute I walked in her store. She took her time to explain to me what the issues were and how she was going to adjust the previous seamstress work. Jaqueline was fantastic with my dress! I got my dress off the rack and it came with a few more challenges than we anticipated. She mad all of the necessary alterations and then some - a beautiful bustle, adjusting zippers and clips and buttons, and even took the time to creat all new sleeves when mine weren’t holding up anymore.
