Cinema 6 — Attraction in Jasmine Estates

Do not come to this theater ! Worst customer service ever!! I went in today to get my stitch popcorn bucket and the gentlemen in the front told me i can’t buy the bucket unless i purchased a ticket @ their theater which i was NOT told when i came in on Monday to see if the items were available for sale. I proceeded to tell him i already had a ticket at the AMC theater for tomorrow but because i spoke with a lady there on Monday when i came to check she stated i could just come back in Thursday and buy it nothing about purchasing a ticket in order to get the bucket!! I was very upset that i had to pay for a movie ticket in their theater for a movie i was not seeing in order to get my bucket! I already contributed my money to the movie by getting my ticket for premier Day!!! Then because i told them i was not seeing the movie at their location they did not give me the ticket in itself that i purchased they instead pocketed my money because the MANAGER on site said if i bought it but wasn’t staying then someone else could have that seat ! The seat i had to pay for! Just horrible smh ! I would have just got it at AMC tomorrow but was scared they wouldn’t have any left.super sad and i definitely WONT be back! Oh and on top of that he was trying to NOT give me the popcorn that comes with the stitch bucket!! Stated he didn’t have any bags to put it in and i clearly saw them behind him and said cant u use of those and he said idk im not sure then the manager said yes but cant fill the bag all the way smh just ridiculous! I am one who remains humble and does not really like to speak negatively. Moreover, i felt as if I was coming to somebody home very unwelcomed and uninvited. Staff is very rude and not pleasant. I sat in the lobby for 15 mintues to wait to see one smile. And sadly did not see a smirk. The owners looked highly stressed and very drained, and have no time to notice or care about their customer experience. Sadly by the environment of the theater it is very apparent that they show no love and compassion for their theater nor the magic that the movies bring to kids and younger adults. Pricing is very reasonable that is a fact. But it defintely reassures how true the statement is when they say you get what you pay for. I would not come back by choice most likely ever. I am currently writing this now after purchasing a ticket. But how my experience went I can not even focus on the movie. And management looks upset for reasons. Im unsure of. Really feel as if they dont truly care about their customers enough to address my concerns with them. I observed a male staff member handling hot dog buns with no gloves in the kitchen very upsetting and goes against all health regulations. Again I am not one to speak negative at all, but I feel this needs to be address asap and make others aware. I pray for the future of this movie theater in providing a better experience to all...

I went to Cinema 6 to see Men In Black 3 here last night because it was the only place playing the movie. We arrived and I could tell the place was a bit worn but it was in good condition. We got our tickets and went to the theater; I thought it was really nice---there were mini tables beside each chair. When the movie started, the volume was low and I was barely able to hear, and the movie seemed out of focus---it wasn't digital, but rather a film. They tried fixing the sound--it would raise, but be fuzzy, and at one point the lights went off and the movie stopped as they were attempting to fix it. A couple minutes later, it came back, but still wasn't working right. At times the audio would cut out for a couple seconds. We thought it was the theater, but I walked out and heard the other movies blaring. Finally the sound was fixed and sounded right, but the video disappeared and the lights came back on. At that point, we decided to get our money back, as did everyone who was watching the movie. The cashier gave us our money back and apologized for the mishap. It seemed like a nice place to catch a movie for only 3 dollars, but unfortunately the film wasn't up to par.
