Says open online but it is in fact closed.
Update: after this place reopened finally I came here every Saturday and Sunday for a year straight. Because it’s so close I keep coming back even though it’s never been right except for two times. Two times in one year. Won’t do it anymore. White duck just opened around the corner and oasis is a mile away so I’ll go to those instead from now on. Your staff is friendly but they do not make the drinks right. In one year, only two of my lattes had foam. Today and many times before it was no foam and no syrups. Again just plain black espresso shots with almond milk when I ordered a brown sugar latte with oatmilk. Not sure why your employees don’t think foam should be added to a $6 latte but it should be. Litterally the entire point of go to a place like Starbucks and paying this muc, is for SPECIALTY drinks crafted to order. We don’t pay $5-$10 for COFFEE to have it made wrong in the same fashion as a McCafe or a gas station cappuccino. I get that it’s busy. That’s the job. And honestly for decades Starbucks did well, but in the past few years they seem to do nothing except for demand more money, more tips, for less quality service.
Update:response to your response
Why would I drive all the way back up there every single weekend to remake my drinks. I have a few times and after every single weekend it gets old. Finally after a year we have decided to go elsewhere. Instead of saying you’ll remake it, maybe you should tell your employees to stop slacking. It’s coffee. Should not be made wrong every weekend, twice a weekend, for a year straight. There is no excuses for this. And yes I’ve also contacted management several times and nothing has...
Read moreI can't find the words to explain the satisfaction i feel by just going to this specific location for my refreshers and coffee! The staff that was there today between 3-4 pm has been the same staff that has been taking care of me and my obsession here lately for the past five days. I keep coming each day just for the super friendly experience, the cleanliness, and of course for my drinks! They listen and get it right the first time! i wish i knew all their names so i could personally thank them in this review! That crew deserves a HUGE shout for the way they handle business, the way they handle the craziness, and for the way they all work together to make that all happen!
There was a gentleman with a black beanie hat who was sitting in the lobby and greeted me with a compliment like he did two days ago, then there was a taller gentleman who ran the register who actually was VERY polite to me when i had went through drive thru the last few times, and today he was just kind and paid attention to my order, and then Samantha was just a flat out sweet heart and talked me through on how to work the app, and just was so attentive to my questions!
I was having a very hard week and walking in their today just made my whole week so much better! I got my usual dragon drink w/ sweet cold foam and extra fruit pieces, and i had notice that they had drew a little kitten on it saying, "i hope your day gets better!" It had made me smile because they had taken their time to personalize my cup that i didn't want to throw away! They care! To those three staff members, THANK YOU for your time and thank you for being a WHOLESOME and HAPPY vibe! (sorry for the book lol)
i finally say i found my...
Read moreYeah I'd like to Starbucks much better now because it has I'm guessing more knowledgeable employees. The last time I went there didn't matter what I asked they looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about I never said anything just stared at me. This time I ordered on the app and then realized I couldn't make it there in time to pick up the order called in and ask them to delay the order and they were more than accommodating on delaying the order. If I'd had $10 with me to leave us a tip I probably would have I was grateful to her. However after seeing all of the new online stuff about how the app orders with anything outside of what is already listed is considered punishment for the employees I'm not going to make it a regular thing for me because sometimes I want something a little different. So considering that special orders can cost as much as $20 for one cup of coffee and I try to never go during peak hours I still don't want to be guilty of punishing an employee of anywhere. I ordered an espresso frappuccino. I hope that wasn't too far out of the way I did ask for whipped cream on it and that was an extra I added. Employee that serviced me was absolutely wonderful and cheerful about it and I was so grateful. When they get their app fixed so they can't mistakenly order a drink that would be taxing on the employees I would definitely be using it at...
