This past weekend I had the misfortune of breaking down in the Soldier Field parking garage right when things started to close up for the day. I'm from out of town, and with no local knowledge and few local connections, I didn't have anywhere to turn. Luckily, I was put in contact with A Alpine Towing and withing 15 minutes my despair turning into a sign of relief.

With nerves about getting a towing service in Downtown Chicago, let alone low clearance towing service for the soldier field parking garage, I didn't know exactly what I needed to do.

Over the phone, I was quickly reassured and guided on what potential options I had. Thanks to their knowledge of cars, I was able to get my car in a slightly better position to make towing easier and probably less costly.

What really changed my weekend from that point was A Alpine Towing's knowledge of local mechanics. I needed to tow an older Ford Fusion, and I was directed to a garage that was both open on Sundays and across the street from a Ford garage in case there were issues that the first mechanic couldn't address. This gave me a chance to get the issue fixed the next day but also set me up for a backup plan in case the best-case scenario didn't pan out.

Ultimately, I was able to get my car back right when the garage closed the next day so I could return home without running up a costly hotel stay. None of this would have been possible without the guidance, and local knowledge of A Alpine Towing and I will always be grateful for quickly turning a horrible night into one with a plan of action to get...

I needed roadside assistance! Call Shaemus! I will only be calling this company if I am ever in need of any car assistance again, in the future. He cares so much that he answers his phone for other customers in need while fixing my problem and it didn't slow him down! He had my tire fixed in less them 30 minutes from when I first called! The rate was really low and affordable too! I expected much higher! I had just left the mall. It was 10pm on one of the coldest nights of the year and my tire was completely flat! I am also about 25 minutes away from home. Shaemus came to my rescue! He arrived in less then 15 minutes! I do realize that I probably caught him at a good time but I have no doubt that had he been busy he would have gotten to me next. Not only did he fix my tire, he went above and beyond. I have really bad tires. They are getting to the point where the next flat might not be fixable. The first thing he tried didn't work. Not because of him but because my tires are not sealed properly. He could have just towed my car and made it easy on himself. He would have made more money that way. Instead, on his own he said he knew what would work. My name is Cristian and i was involved in a vehicle collision earlier this evening on the expressway near the downtown area. After calling the police waiting for them to arrive it was after 40 minutes where i decided to call a tow truck. Very calming even after given the wrong directions to him he accommodated to my every need. Very affordable rate and arrived very quickly. The best thing about him was the conversations he held. He made my passenger and I laugh with his humorous night that he was having before us, appreciating the situation as a blessing in comparison to something that could’ve been worse, having an intellectual conversation about things that go on in life but above all just making us feel relieved and comfortable with being so down to earth.
