I've never been lucky to get the color I wanted so after some research I found this place. I was excited since they have good reviews but nope!! I get there 30 min before my appointment my stylist isn't ready, which i understand so I walk down to the store to get boba and come back at my appointment time. My stylist Jazzy isn't ready. I waited about 25 minutes before she was ready. (When I seen who my stylist was, it was the same person walking around the place talking to others.) I get to her station, she wasn't very talkative. I told her what i wanted and the color I wanted. She asked if I was sure and said yes. She then asked me again what color which I picked the same color as before. She left to go to the front desk and came back. Silence throughout. As I sat there I heard other stylist talk to their clients and go over cost. NOT ONCE did Jazzy go over cost with me. I knew based off their cost list it started at $150 for ombre. She then offered some hair protection for an additional $20ish. I said ok, since it my first time bleaching my hair, mind u I have very straight thin hair. During this time she's dividing my hair, and bleaching it. Not listening to any of my questions. Then I get handed off to Summer to apply my base color while Jazzy finishes with the previous client she had before me. LIKE what?! i waited 25 minutes after my start time cause here I thought she was finishing with client before me .. nope. Summer was Great super nice, talkative, sweet. Then I get put in the heating chair to process the bleach. I get left there for about 45min mayb longer. I was tired by this time. Jazzy check on me like 3x. First to see how the bleach is taking. 2nd was to ask me about the color I wanted, which I pointed out the same red. Only for her to come back and tell me the color I want is out of stock!!! WTF!! SERIOUSLY she's like pick a different color š what!! Then she comes back and tells me we'll I have the color but it's a different brand and cost more but I'll give u a discount. I'm on the verge of crying the color on my head is dripping because I'm still under the heat. I feel like I'm going to pass out. I'm regretting life at this point. I just agreed to the color because at this point I wanted out. As I'm sitting there another stylist needs my chair for her client because the other heat chair just got taken. This stylist is sitting there with a mean mug, crabby looking and being snarky to her assistant. Summer takes me to wash the bleach off along with the base color. Mean while stylist treat the assistant stylist like shit. They down talk them and are rude. Its crazy because the assistant do most the job. The stylist just sit there on their phones or talking crap about their job and how lil they are paid. While the assistant stylist do majority of the work and get treated like shit. I was amazed at how as a customer I'm sitting there and the stylist are talking crap about the place the work or how little they get paid or how their tip wasn't great. Like seriously not to mention they treat the assistant stylist horribly as if they're servants. Wow!!! Anyway, summer was Great she washed my hair, put in my color(which i got charged extra for) Jazzy check on me once then left to her station to scroll thru her phone. After summer finished with dying my hair and washing it Jazzy dryed it and combed asked if I wanted a cut I said no. I was sent to the front with NO idea of how much I was being charged. I got pictures taken but dunno where they got posted to cause I haven't seen them anywhere. When all said and done I was charged $350+, i asked what for no one was able to fully explain it. I was there over 3hrs. Baffling experience. Summer was Great, front desk was great. Overall experience with the gossiping, bad mouth their own work place, their pay/tip. Main stylist treating the stylist assistant horrible despite the assistant doing majority of the work is crazy. Very...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI did a walk in, as it says walk inās welcome. For future reference: DONT DO THIS. Because I ended up staying almost four hours because the stylist I worked with told me mid-highlighting my hair āsince you were a walk in, Iām going to have you wait a bit ok because I need to cut this other ladies hairā and took an hour with her while I just waited with a towel on my head for her. She was working with four clients at once. I asked for BROWN balayage/highlights that blend well and donāt touch the top of my head. The photo I showed her is below. I have dark brown hair, so I wanted a slighter lighter brown, and I clarified with her twice: NO ORANGE, NO YELLOW. I WANT BROWN. She said ok totally possible. I said I only wanted two inches off of my hair (which she ended up cutting way more than I asked for, but the haircut looked good in the end and I loved how she blew it out, so I wonāt complain there, my problem is with the terrible color). So she started on my hair, and she did things quickly, then handed me off to a lady to tone my hair. This lady was the only person washing her and was working on five people at once and the stylists kept coming up to her trying to hurry her up and have her focus on their client, so I ended up waiting on that chair with the bleach for well over the time it was suppose to before she began toning. So once the stylist came to check on my toning, she said oh I like the color I think we can keep it at this and she shows me a strand and itās LEGIT ORANGE. And I said yeah no I do not like that at all, like I said I want brown not orange. And she said ok no problem we will tone it again. So a second round of toning occurs while she styles another girls hair. When itās finally my turn again she said the color looked great so they rinsed it and she began the cut. When she finished I looked in the mirror and was in shock. My hair was orange and yellow and absolutely nothing like how I wanted it. The styling of it looked great, and she was a nice lady so I didnāt want to embarrass her or be rude so I just said I liked it, but was already planning how I can fix it. My next day hair is even worse, still so brassy and I found YELLOW strands in the back. The money pieces or whatever front strands are called are straight orange now. I donāt know how she was going to leave it in the first round of toner and thought this second round was better. Are hair stylists blind? Isnāt it their job to know color theory more than us? Why did I pay $300 for botched color in 2025?? So insane to pay these prices with terrible results. I havenāt dyed my hair in seven years because of the fear of this happening, and look what occurred. Waste of my time, waste of my money, donāt come here unless you have a reliable stylist you work with. Please. Do your research or donāt get your hair done at all. I had beautiful virgin hair that took years to grow out, and I regret it. Also, when she walked away, another kid she was dying hair for came to a chair next to me with orange ass hair and then walked away. The stylists working on the other chairs all looked at each other and were cringing saying āoh was that the color he wantedā and āI think she bleached itā and the other stylist goes āwhy would she bleach it she doesnāt need bleach for that omgā. So even her co-stylists were talking about her color skills and it scared me on the spot, but it was too late for me bc I was already about to get my hair dried. I worked with Yasmine I think her name was or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIāve decided to share my experience with everyone, because it might be useful for future customers. First I want to mention I was a regular customer for years and I was always doing my hair with same hairdresser. So I was sure everything would go great, but not this time. I made an appointment as usual, but when I came in I didnāt feel welcomed that day. Whatever, letās move on. I requested hair bleaching (bleached here before and everything was great). But I had a feeling my hairdresser wasnāt in the mood for such a hard procedure and tried to force me to change my mind. But I didnāt want to do something else. They gave me a paper for signing, for additional bleaching (I wanted a platinum shade), which means theyāre not responsible for minor hair breakage what might happen. Mind you-my hair was already blonde. And we got started. First step was bleaching. After applying, I was placed to hair dryer/steamer for 20mins. My scalp was a bit itchy, which is normal for bleaching. After that I was told to wait 20 more mins without hair dryer/steamer. My hair dresser was also working on another client at the same time. After 5 mins I wasnāt able to handle the pain on the right side of my head, it was burning like it was on fire in front of me. I asked for help immediately. The hairdresser started washing off everything. I was praying for not being bald. As a result 80% of my hair on the right side was destroyed, my hair was about 20 inches long before I went to the salon. A short haircut was needed. My hair is now about 10 inches and some parts of my hair are TWO inches long. The explanation I received from the hairdresser of hair damage was because of my previous tint, which was all over my hair, but only the right part of my hair got burnt. So in my opinion the problem was with bleach applying and the amount of time. They are very lucky Iām very easy going person and I didnāt make a big deal. I bet, another lady would get mad and start crying. As a result, I got chemical burns all over my scalp, I got a couple of blisters and some parts of my head were bleeding. In addition, all my clothes were destroyed with bleach, especially my jeans which have a huge stain from the bleach in the back. Come on, this is extremely unprofessional. A long way of restoring my hair, which is going to take years is ahead. But Iām trying to stay positive. It was a valuable life lesson for me. My advice, think twice before hair bleaching. Pick a good salon, find a professional, who is competent in bleaching. Might pay a little bit more, but save your hair from burns and...
