Sundaes — Attraction in Johnston

Maddy was absolutely amazing! We came here for slushees as my daughter has food allergies and this was pretty much the only thing we thought she could have. The slushee machine froze over and there goes my 5 year olds slushee. Maddy spent time reading lots of diff items on the menus ingredients for us to check for safety for my daughter. She talked about their allergy protocol with me and really really kept trying. At the end my daughter ended up with a lemon sorbet which we didn’t even think she can have and she LOVED!! I can’t thank Maddy enough for taking the time and making my little girl happy. I was just as excited to learn of something new safe for her to have but also having someone so helpful and determined as Maddy was to make sure my baby didn’t leave disappointed. Thank you thank you thank you- seriously this was such a huge win for us as anyone with an allergy kiddo can attest to how hard things can be. Amazing customer service ! Oh and my dayghter loved the lemon sorbet...

do not go. the place does not clean their machines. my icecream tasted like chemicals and my mouth was on fire. i feel like i need to go get my stomach pumped after one bite. when i tell you the chocolate soft serve tastes like chocolate ice cream with some type of hot sauce. i then went inside NOT EVEN TO GET MY MONEY BACK, but to just let the establishment know… the worker said “ this isn’t the first time we heard this today” and proceeded to tell me it’s just because the ice cream was sitting in the machine… and that “we do not use that machine that often” i’m absolutely disgusted. service...

My son who is 1 y.o. and lactose sensitive is limited on flavors he can have - so we tried sherbet. He loves pretty much any flavor but - he didn’t like the mango. I asked if we could switch out. It was going to be additional charge - which I was going to pay. After nearly $12.00 spent on a small and kiddie cup ice cream I expected a little more flexibility though - I mean atleast for him being a baby and all. Overall, I’m sad this is a childhood spot of mine and it’s probably the last time I go there. I feel as if staff isn’t the nicest and the prices...
