TK Plus — Attraction in Johnston

I'm not one that typically write reviews however, these folks certainly deserve one. I am an avid cigar smoker and on the recommendation of a friend, I visited Tobacco King. I was overwhelmed with the selection of cigars, fine cigars, that they have available. They have everything from very inexpensive $2 cigars all the way to the top of the line brands and ALL for much less than you are paying now. As for the staff they hire. Kind, friendly, knowledgeable and every other adjective you can think of that describes the right people doing the right job. Although the majority of their business appears to be in the vaping industry, don't let that keep you from giving their cigars a shot. I'm certain you won't be disappointed. I'm not into vaping but if you are, I must say their selection seems a bit overwhelming. Given the foot traffic that goes through there as well, I'm thinking they have a pretty good handle on that as well. Well...

So I didn’t know about this store until about 6 months ago... RI has a few pretty good vape stores, but the problem I found is that throughout the time I have vaped, my palette has changed a TON, so juice that I used to love, no longer is even tolerable... and the selections I once loved no longer did it for me.. The first time I walked in here I knew I would never go elsewhere.. I’ve never even seen so much juice except for a store in NJ , but regardless tobacco King is not even a mile from my house and the hours are the best around by FAR!!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you cannot beat the prices... never in my life have I ever paid $4 +/- for coils or $20 for a 100 ml of a juice I absolutely love and that’s not even on sale that’s a regular price every single time ...and I’m always in and out which I love the convenience as well!!! Unauthorized dealer who cannot or will not service manufacturer warranties. Bought a vaporizer and it broke within 2 days and they refused to replace it or get it fixed, even though it clearly says it's got a warranty. There are 10 spots within 3 miles that sell the same stuff, don't got to this rip off spot.

Owner Response: It was less than 5 days, your employee remembered me, called you, and you told him not to swap it out while I was standing in the store. I've bought a ton of stuff from your spot, I wont be back. The manufacturer said that an authorized dealer should have their warranty information and that they do not generally service them outside of distributors. Everyone wants to blame someone else, of course...

Glad $35 is worth losing my...
