An exceptionally happy client of Erica! I have been going to Erica since May. I am a loyal hair client through and through, to me it's like seeing a therapist. I can't shop around. Once I get a hair stylist I stick with it. I had been getting tape in extensions for years by someone else in Boca Raton and they ripped my hair out. I started getting wefts by Erica and hair coloring and she saved my hair completely. When I first met Erica what sealed the deal of her being my stylist was consistency and confidence. She also was one to take a challenge. (Photos attached) she has taken the challenge of making me blonde in the spring, and recently a chocolate brown. She has excelled at both with flying colors. I am in luxury real estate so my looks and appearance will make or break a first impression for me and if I have bad hair, as vain as it sounds, it will cost me a client. My looks are incredibly important. I will say after seeing Erica I can walk into a room and make heads turn because of my hair, and I know it has everything to do with that and I get inner confidence because of that. I listen to her suggestions on hair care as well and my hair has gotten stronger and healthier by the week. She has done miracles for me, I wouldn't go to anyone else. I trust her completely and essentially my life is in her hands, that's how I see my hair stylist- it's that important to me and she is such a sweetheart, personally. I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS.

I had a consultation and during that consultation I got a hand written estimate of the total price out the door being $1457.35 for everything done. I agreed and set up an appointment with Erika and gave them a $500.00 deposit. During the appointment my hair is already being colored and then they tell me “oops! It’s actually gonna be a higher price than what was told to me during my consultation.” That’s wrong. They will tell you a price just to get you to sit in their chair, then once you are trapped there and already getting worked on then they bring the bad news. The news that they lied. I would have been more than happy to pay the higher price; had that been discussed during my consultation. It’s not about the money, it’s the principle. Once you tell someone a price and it is agreed upon, you need to honor that agreement. Your job is to tell me the correct price, my job is to show up at the appointment with that specific amount of money, I held up my part of the deal. I hope this never happens to anyone else, please please two nine salon, get your estimates correct during consultations and makes sure your employees are trained on prices. After all that, they did refund me my $500.00 deposit and I did not have to pay for what they had started as far a coloring. & they lost a $2000.00+...

I've been seeing Erica for around a year now, and being her client feels like getting your hair done by your best friend! Erica recently installed one row of IBE hair extensions to give me my dream hair, and I am in love! Erica was very thorough in describing the upkeep, cost expectation, and what-could-go-wrongs. She also promised to be very communicative if I needed to reach out to her about any issues I might experience given this was my first time getting hair extensions.
