Lakewood Greenway — Attraction in Kansas City

Beautiful park for walking, biking, dog-walking, fishing, or just sitting and enjoying nature. Serene little offshoot of penguin park.. it’s just right down the sidewalk. There isn’t a playground here or any swings, have to go to penguin park for that but there are a lot of geese, turtles, people fishing and it’s in a safe area. There is an elementary school right across the street. The trails are well maintained minus the goose poop no one can really help.
