Northwood Shopping Center — Attraction in Kansas City

Great food. Great service. Stopped in for to-go dinner. Got 3 piece chicken meal with baked beans & coleslaw.

Was disappointed the don't put baked beans & coleslaw in separate disk with lid. Due to the coleslaw leaked over the slot in the to-go container, which mixed some with beans & made the 2 pieces of bread under the chicken became wet (don't like soggy "wet" bread).

I recommend they change container for to-go containers as soon...

One of the best places in the Metro area for fried chicken with a bit of spice. Wait staff is pleasant and we forgive them for the paper plates and plastic dining utensil. Table service and reasonable prices more than make up for the paper plates. I just wish they would open a location...

I guess I have only tried the tenders which were okay. The okra and greens that I got were okay. I'll come back and try some actual chicken and see how it goes. It's just that when it comes to chicken, I am not really picky. Maybe a wing and a breast will...
