It’s hot! 🥵 This is the perfect spot to cool down 😎 and have a great time with your family! The Springs Aquatic Center is run by @kcmoparks 🙌 ☀️ It’s $11 for adults and $8 for kids 48 inches and under. ☀️ It’s open daily from noon to 8pm. ☀️ Head over to the KCMO parks website for more information. We visited 2 times in 5 days(Wednesday and Saturday) Super fun and affordable for kids. They offer free lifeguard certified swimmers or life jackets. There is a lap pool for open swim and 3 diving boards on the opposite side. They have a small playground with 2 tube slide and a double slide in a zero entry area that goes to 1 ft. This area then funnels onto the lazy river. You can walk or ride a tube through the lazy river. There are 2 large slides that you need to be 48 inches to ride. There is a lifeguard at the bottom(4ft deep) to assist with newer swimmers. Off the zero entry area is a whirlpool (has jets that make water to whirlpool, not hot tub) They offer limited concessions with hot dog, nachos, icecream treats, cookies, chips, gatorade, soda and water. They do not allow any carry ins aside from water. You are allowed reentry so i’d suggest packing a lunch. There is a park across the parking lot with benches. Admission is $8 if under 48 inches and $11 for over 48 inches. Children 1 and under free. i would 100% would recommend.

Tall slides for the big kids, a big pool for adults. Splash pad for the littles. I think it was about $11 per person. Concessions consisted of water ($3), soda, and Celsius. Nachos and hotdogs are what I remember for food. The line was as long as the parking lot and was like that all day. Park opens at 12 and we waited in line since 11:30am. Cute park, clean areas besides the women's bathrooms, which are horrendous. Several stalls were out of order. The ones that weren't out of order were clogged. The changing area was completely open. Love this little spot but wish some things could be improved!

The pool itself was clean and well kept, however we have had a terrible experience with swim lessons.

On June 6th I paid for 4 private swim lessons (to the total of $120) for my four and six-year-old children at the Tiffany Springs Water Park. After paying over the phone, I was told that we would be contacted by our instructor within a couple of days.

It took two weeks to finally hear back and get set up with an instructor. During that time, I called twice and left a message each time. They finally called me back when I left a message asking for a refund if they weren't going to set us up with an instructor.

Our first lesson was on June 26th and we still have not completed our four lessons (7 weeks later). Our instructor is never available, constantly reschedules at the last minute, and gives us times like 8pm on a weeknight when she does set up a time because she is "too busy with her other job".

I've called her boss for a refund, but she no longer works there. So, I moved up the ladder and called Midwest Pool Management and have talked with them three times now (Wed Jul 31st, Friday August 2nd and Tuesday August 6th). They took down my information and said they would call me back once they had investigated the situation. However, I have yet to receive a call back or a refund.

At first, I just asked for the remaining lessons refunded, but now I would like all...

I’ve been going to this pool pretty much since it first opened and it was a really clean and well organized place to go that offered a Lazy River and lots of slides and fun things for little kids to do, plus the bigger slides for big kids. The last 5 or 6 yrs have been the exact opposite. They always make excuses on how things got so bad, but they charge enough that they should be able to keep it up a lot better than they do. Some features aren’t even open anymore and every other day something happens that makes them close everything but the large pool, but then that gets over crowded. This year the water was really low and they took the tile off the area where the Lazy River is, and they threw some paint up in its place which looks awful! The inner tubs for floating around lasted only a short time until they lost air out of them, the whirlpool part in the middle two areas weren’t even working and it was obvious because the water level was way lower than the jets. There is everything imaginable in the pool like bugs, ziplock bags with just dirty water in them, and an array of other things. There are 4 or 5 people up in the front taking our money and they usually only have one open. Why in the world doesn’t one or two of them clean the pool with those nets instead of just doing nothing the whole time. Too bad it has gone down to being this bad. It...

The place itself is fine. Staff is friendly. My kids have fun there, but one complaint I do have is when they are at capacity and everyone is standing outside in line waiting to be able to go in, there should be a separate line for season passholder. They should have priority. They’ve already paid to be there whenever the park is open versus people who have not yet paid admission for that day. I find this frustrating because I have taken my kids a few times to try to go swimming and not been able to get in and I’m not gonna stand in a line possibly for hours when it’s hot outside but my swim money is already invested in them so it doesn’t make sense for me to have to go and show out money to take my children to another place to swim. Folks who don’t have season passes could go elsewhere. They haven’t paid yet. This is something I really wish they would take in consideration. (Or at least open it a half hour early for people with season passes so they can get priority to be in the park already) This is going to make people not want to renew passes for future seasons. it seems like they could offer an online reservation system or post on their website when they’re at capacity so people don’t waste to drive out… I’m putting this review mainly to give suggestions hoping someone who works there. Will read it and come up with a...
