I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken and ribs. Sweet potato was on spot as well as Caesar salad. My man had the Ribeye. He asked to have it cooked Medium. The server even came back to double check and asked again how he wanted it cooked. Medium. Steak came out Rare. My man is sweet and does not complain but when the server came to check in us half way thru meal. He's stated, sorry but my Ribeye is Rare not Medium. Server ( Heaven- beautiful name by the way but she never introduced herself during service, only on ticket.) says, "Do you want me to put it back on the grill for you?"
Trying not to laugh out loud because she was SERIOUS (didn't want to be rude to her) but we said, No thank you. It's a $26 Ribeye.... Um.... No.. you should get your paying customer another Steak cooked properly. She asked if we wanted a manager and we said there was no need for that. Just take Steak off bill please. Or re-cook a new one properly. The entire steak was still in his plate. He had literally only taken 4 bites.. Server said my manager (Scott Weber) can give you a coupon for $10 So, in the end we paid $15 for a side salad since the corn he ordered was extra $2.79. Not impressed at all with this resort on fixing a customers problem. Especially a Steak in a Steakhouse.
She is a sweet server but not experienced enough and manager should of helped us out more on the bill.
The kids had Mac n Cheese and Chicken tenders. Fresh fruit and fries. It was fresh and great. They loved it.
My $5 Margarita was perfect
Also, It was my birthday and I wanted dessert but she never came back and asked. Only came back to drop Bill off again with coupon.
So, we ate dessert at a different restaurant.
I seen all the beautiful birthday displays in these Google reviews and only looking forward to the that small extra too.
We tipped her only 15% because things were not handled properly but tip was not earned.
Girl bathroom needs to be checked more frequently as well. Toilet paper all over floor and stools dirty. It was 5 o'clock so kinda disappointed to see...
Read moreCame here after my son’s graduation from high school. Home base for school is near there but he studied online at his mom’s house in Texas and I came with family from PA. After graduation we wanted to find a place to eat, and I know, we should of made reservations. But we were ok with finding a spot that could accommodate the 9 of us. Drove here and the receptionist said a few minutes. I needed to use the bathroom and the place was almost empty when I walked towards the bathroom and saw the seating area. This happened yesterday 5-29-23 at approximately 2ish pm. Anyway I came out of the bathroom and the girl said we are getting the table ready. A few couples walked in and they got seated right away which again understandable, they were a party of 2 and then a party of 4 then a party of 2. A few minutes later the girl spoke on her microphone and asked about seating for 9. A man who I believe to be a manager came over looked at us and said we would have to wait another 45 min. Which we already had waited at least 15 - 20 min. I decided that it was too long so I told my family it’s ok let’s go somewhere else. But one in my party expressed herself and said to the man, we waited a while already, she told us that they were getting the table ready and now you say 45 min? He said, that’s what she said but now I’m telling you, you have to wait! Would of been nice for that man to say we accommodate 2 different tables, one with 4 and one with 5 which we would of been ok with. Instead he decided our business was no good. Very disappointed, not the kind of treatment I get back at home at the...
Read moreWe visited the new Tiffany Springs location for the first time last evening. Our server, Lauren A, was prompt and friendly.
We started with two appetizers, the Spinach Dip (9.79) and Wild West Shrimp (11.79). The portions were very generous and we enjoyed both of them very much. Would definitely order again.
My partner ordered the Outlaw Ribeye (29.99) for dinner and asked for it to be cooked MR to M and it came to the table cooked just about well done instead. He didn't want to wait for another steak or be "that person" so he ate it anyway and told the server about it later just so they'd know. The flavor and tenderness was ok, just a very big disappointment on it being way too overcooked. The broccoli was good but the loaded mashed potatoes were not something he'd ever order again.
I ordered the 12 Oz ribeye (24.29) MR and it came out more M but it was very juicy and flavorful and I was happy with it. We both decided that the next time we visit we'd ask for R in hopes of getting it cooked the way we like. My salad was delicious and I ordered the loaded mashed potatoes as well and I did not really care for them either. I'd definitely try one of the other sides instead. The bill came to $100.50 as we also ordered an adult beverage each.
All in all we enjoyed our very rare date night out together and will definitely visit again. On a side note, the manager did come to the table right before we left to inquire about the steak and we were given $15 to use on our next visit which we really...
