This was NOT a good hotel experience — and the way management handled it made it even worse.||Our room smelled musty from the moment we walked in. The bathroom toilet leaked all night long. There was barely any toilet paper (we ran out completely) and only one old, rough towel for two people. My wife had to go down to the front desk herself just to get the basics because no one delivers anything to rooms.||Housekeeping was supposed to be provided every third day, according to their own sign. It never happened — not on the third, fourth, or fifth day. When I called, the front desk gave contradictory excuses and even lied, saying no one was available to help. Moments later, my wife went down and the General Manager, Haydee Bernal, came out at 7:45 p.m., proving the employee had been dishonest.||To make things worse, we witnessed the manager yelling at another guest and even threatening to call the police when she complained about a mistake in her conference booking. Completely unprofessional and hostile behavior.||I contacted Expedia to request an adjustment for the stay, and they reached out to the hotel directly. Despite everything — the leaks, the lies, the lack of housekeeping, and the completely unacceptable conditions — the property refused any refund or waiver, hiding behind “policy.” It’s beyond disappointing that management would rather cling to policy than take responsibility for a stay that clearly failed to meet basic hospitality standards.||Between the musty room, constant leaks, lack of supplies, rude staff, and refusal to own up to their mistakes, this hotel is a disgrace to the Wyndham name. Read moreWe stayed here from 2/13/24 - 2/15/24 and upon our arrival the room was ready early. Location is right off the freeway, plenty of restaurants nearby, there is Target close as well. This place is about 20 min away from down town KC. The rooms are nice and big so over all not a bad place. The reason for the low mark is that upon our departure at 6 am the front desk staff, Alexis, was sleeping in a booth, which at first we thought was a guest that arrived to early. My daughter need a shuttle ride to the airport which is part of the service here. Alexis, woke up angry, and threw the shuttle keys to the drive, threw not tossed. After we had breakfast I went to the front desk and Alexis back asleep in a booth finally woke up and walked over. Alexis noticed that I had my key cards slapped the glass jar for me to put them in it. I asked for a receipt and she sighed, she printed off the receipt and the printer had low ink. She now was even more upset because she had to walk to another office to print it out. She returned and like a paper airplane tossed the receipt to me and it slid across the counter and she walked away. Read moreDo not ever go and stay at this hotel, their air condition/heater is disgustingly dirty, I slept over night and I had a stuffed nose, really dry throat, my throat was hurting and affected for the next 3 days. I told the staff, the maintenance guy who looks Spanish, wears a gold chain is an absolute un empathetic individual, so selfish, by his tone you can tell he was getting mad that I was complaining, he thought I wasn’t affected and just complaining to get free stuff, well sir not everyone thinks like you do. The management at the hotel should fire him or at least disciplinary action should be taken. If anybody has ever experienced this at this hotel, please message me, I want to take collective action against them because it’s dangerous to be breathing in dirty air, what if it has mold? The staff clearly doesn’t care, especially the maintenance guy who wears all gold, to me he seems like a guy who simply does not care, he hates his life and takes it out on others.
