came here today on oct21st because last month i came here for the first time and had such a great experience tho it was also last min walk in, well this time i scheduled an appointment last min instead of walk in, i got a weird call asking me " do you want the person you requested? does it matter?" um yea? what? what am i supposed to say, i don't know any of the people that work here yet but i had read reviews that helen is good. well i went in, not even sure who they gave me but oh boy was it such a unpleasant experience. not to mention, first of all, i wasn't even offered a tea or anything like last time and was given no instruction about where to leave my shoes, but that wasn't even the big issue, the issue is, who let this lady work here? whichever masseuse was assigned to work on me just now, she was really careless. i walked out soaked and oily, i don't understand why she would wipe me off with hot towels and wouldn't even dry me, the room was so cold i felt like i was gonna get a hypothermia before i could leave this place. if she wasn't gonna dry me off the least she could do was wipe the oil off my body. it's even on my face it's ridiculous it's making me angry. also i kept telling her where my back hurt, her response was passive aggressive and sometimes she didn't even respond back. all she did was rub me so i eventually got fed up and asked her to walk on my back again, well, i could tell she put in a lot more pressure but it felt as though she was just trying to hurt me at that point, it was no longer a massage. i left this place with my body hurting and more uncomfortable than the state it was before i walked in, this is genuinely making me so angry. my masseuse also put my hair up carelessly without even asking or letting me know to do it myself or anything in advance, i don't understand why she can't just communicate with me. that was the worst massage i ever had in my life.

Made an appointment for my wife and I to get a couples massage. The staff member was able to schedule us at my requested time. Upon entry, it was a very welcoming environment. The two staff members greeted us very pleasantly. We arrived early so that we could complete the necessary paperwork. We were each given a cup of cold tea that tasted magnificent. I would have to agree with other reviewers that commented on how good the tea was. You get a hot tea after your session is completed, which was also good, but I would have to say that the cold tea was my favorite. After completing the paperwork, we were given some slides to put on instead of our own shoes. We were taken back to our couple's room for our session. Since I never had a Thai massage, I selected the Thai Combination Massage which was explained to me to be a combination of the Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massage. My wife decided to do it as well. With the couples massage, each person can select the massage of their choice. The staff members that performed our massages were Amanda for my wife and Jennie for myself. The overall massage given by each lady was fairly decent. They would check on us to make sure we were doing ok throughout the session. The Thai massage was not really for us, especially for me since I got hard pressure while my wife got medium pressure. You can always let the staff member know if anything is uncomfortable or too much pressure. I endured the entire session at the same intensity. I do know that the extra pressure can help to relieve some of those trouble spots. At the completion, the ladies stepped out to allow us to get dressed. We made our way to the front and this is when we enjoyed our hot tea and checked out. We purchased a bag of the tea used for the hot tea. First time I went I loved it, so I was excited to go get a massage with them again but sadly second time around wasn’t what I expected! I showed up about 20 minutes before my appointment to enjoy a tea that they usually give before massage but instead I was rushed to the massage room, no tea was offered. Although, I was a bit upset about it I didn’t make a big deal about it since I was still looking forward to my massage. Once my masseuse started with my massage I felt like it wasn’t medium pressure (that’s what I wanted) in my opinion it was light, but again decided to keep quiet and not complain. I did tell them in the beginning to please focus on shoulders, neck and head (migraines) but I feel like most of my massage was on my whole body and my head was massaged for maybe 4 minutes from the 90 minute massage that I paid. Then when I was in the middle of my massage and trying to make the best of it and relax, I heard someone either vacuuming or using a blender which made it even worse. Also, once I got home and was changing my clothes I noticed that my stomach and chest had red marks everywhere from the hot towel that was used, I hope the marks ago away without causing blisters or peeling. I’m a bit disappointed because I really loved them the first time.

UPDATE 6/29/24 So I decided to give them another chance (because I loved them the first time) and I’m so happy I did! My masseuse lady was amazing and she went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience this time around. Brianna the receptionist was very sweet, caring, and helpful.
