Hawaii Adventure Center — Attraction in Kauai

We enjoyed our ride( it wasn’t that jarring for our trip). We loved the added stop at the beach, and tour of the ancient fishing village. They said only three companies have access to it. It’s the first time we had a great lunch of pork and teriyaki chicken on our boat tours over the years. It was a nice change from sandwiches!!!

It was also fun to go into two cave areas, we haven’t done that before, and take silly jumping pictures in front of the coast line!!

Our snorkeling had a great variety of fish and two turtles we right by us. I missed seeing the dolphins, but figure those high speed raft boats may scare them away… as we have always seen them on the catamarans.

On our way back, one of our guides turned on loud music… which was fun! It took your mind off the time it takes to get back to the port and the bounce wasn’t bad…our guides said that was rare. We didn’t even get wet on the way back.

We enjoyed our afternoon!!

My only negative thought was… there was a little lag in “hiking” The village as we waited for people. And a lag for snorkeling. I like to keep moving and going to...

This is my third time taking this adventure to tube the ditch! It is ALWAYS a good time, but I think this time the guides we had were even more entertaining and knowledgeable than years past! The photographers did an amazing job! I was concerned because I couldn't bring my phone as I didn't have water protection for it and yet I could not have gotten better photos myself over the ones the photographers along the shoreline took. It was a great value and I will do it again in the future when I return! I wouldn't miss this opportunity! And also, if you happen to be checking in on this opportunity at late notice and there is only one spot available at each time slot and you are more than one, I still recommend going by yourself like I did and splitting up your party. You will meet great new friends along the journey and it is worth being able to do it solo than to not do...

I’ve done most of the excursions on this island and I have to say this is at the top of the list. Great staff which makes any trip enjoyable. Beautiful scenery. Our guide, Kai (sp?) gave us so much interesting information before and after our tubing trip including the history of the plantation and the best places to eat on the island. I was a little nervous about my physical ability to do this excursion because I have had knee replacement surgery but it was not a problem at all and the guides were very good about watching over all the participants to be sure we were safe and having fun. Our driver to our lunch location, Essa (sp?) was hilarious. He only added to the enjoyment of the experience. There is nothing I would change or could critique.
