I had a mechanic meet me at ACE due to car problems. They closed at 7:00 and had my car towed at 10:30 without any warning. Maybe they have a legal right to, but I felt it would have been nice to at least get a warning. I hope none of you have car problems at ACE in Lihue. They WILL tow your car without warning. The guy who called the towing company said he didn’t have to wait to call. Never leave your car there even a minute after hours. They will not hesitate to tow your car. It costs me 150 dollars to get my car back. I would rather do business with companies who understand things happen and if my car breaks down would at least give me a warning before they tow it or wait more than...

There are certain necessities that we always shop at Ace for because they always have what we need in stock for our small business. We know exactly where the items we need are and can go right to it. BUT, if there was something we were looking for that our friends suggested could be found at Ace and we're not sure where it is, their staff ALWAYS asks if we need help and will guide us right to it. Each time we go to shop, we're greeted upon entry and every store associate we see asks if we need assistance!
