Scott Walker Audio — Attraction in Keller

Josh was great! He answered my myriad questions honestly, and without once making me feel like I was wasting his time, or that my questions were beneath him. The equipment he recommended, the Michi X5, is a really nice integrated Amp, and I believe a great foundation for growing my system. Now the hard part begins, waiting for it to be delivered.

The best part of the service was I truly felt Josh listened to my interests, and guided me to the right product to begin my journey into hi fi. The advice I received made it evident that developing a long term relationship with the customer is a key part of Scott Walker Audio's business model. A quality that, unfortunately, is becoming all too rare.

If you go in with an open mind, and tell them what your goals are for your hi fi, I feel certain you will receive the same service; so for that, I am giving 5 stars and my highest recommendation of the shop. One word of caution, the high end products they offer are so magnificent, you may find yourself contemplating digging into the kids college fund ;) Magico A5 comes to mind.

So I feel very confident in writing this review. I must say that the 2 major purchases which I made from Scott Walker Audio in Keller, TX far exceeded my expectations. Dealing with Josh was a real pleasure and much more so than the associates at another high-end dealership in the DFW area where I made a large purchase. Josh is among the most knowledgeable of any audio salespeople that I have ever encountered. I was looking to audition some hard to find bookshelf speakers for my home office. I called Josh and he had demo's in stock and had them ready for me to listen when my friend and I arrived. He had them setup in a dedicated listening room with both tube and solid state amplification available. I had all the time I needed to make my decision, playing any music i wanted to hear.. no rush, no pressure. After making my decision, Josh led us to another higher end demo room to enjoy some really awesome equipment while he gathered the paper work.
