I have visited the thrift store today with my family. My 2 son was looking at the toys. My wife was with them. The toy area was messy before my kids been there. But the Lady store associate name ’Miki’ was mad with my kids and wife because of the mass. She was loud with my kids and wife. My kids and wife frightened and start crying. I was at the other department of the store. I came as per my wife's request and asked the Associate please don't be loud. My kids didn't do that. But she didn't apologize for her behavior, she was rude instead. I think she didn't like my wife because my wife was wearing Hijab. There was a man store associate, who apologize for her behavior. Very worst experience. I hope management will take action.

I understand these aren’t high-end lenses, but placing a price sticker directly on any optical surface is a serious mistake. It’s like scratching the paint on a used car while someone’s considering buying it. You risk damaging the optical coating, which can render the lens unusable. Most photographers would pass immediately—my only reason for picking them up is because I repair gear like this. Taking better care of what you sell doesn’t just preserve value, it shows respect for your buyers and your products.

Not the most organized thrift store I’ve ever been too.. but I found great items the two times I’ve stopped by. Employees appear to busy at work as well. The young brunette woman working the register has been super pleasant to visit with. My fragile items were always wrapped and a bag is provided. Some things are a little overpriced but it seems like they revisit items that sit for awhile and knock a few bucks off. I’ve found a few gems for a good price and I’m pretty cheap.

The old bearded man at the donation intake was completely rude as I drove up. There was another car unloading so after I stopped at the stop sign, I was going to make my turn-around (if you know the area, you know what I mean) and wait in my car until the person in front of me was finished. Before I could do any of that, this old man came running at my car shaking his hands saying they are doing 1 car at a time. Ok. I stayed where I was and looked for any sort of signage that I may have missed indicating that they were taking 1 car at a time. Covid has been around long enough for us all to know the public etiquette and social distancing standards. There were NO signs stating this...I waited in my car until the other person was done (which I would have done anyway) and drove up and unloaded all of my stuff by myself while wearing my mask. The employees are NOT wearing their masks correctly and do not look well kempt. 1 positive note: there was only 1 person in front of me. Goodwill may have long lines, but they have proper signage, and employ polite, helpful people who will assist with unloading donations. I will not be back to St. Vincent De Paul anytime soon, either to donate or to shop. I've seen that man multiple times and it's always an off-putting situation. I feel like I'm an inconvenience. I suggest there be clear signage, a cleaner area to drop off and nicer people to...

i love this store .... i'm from europe and i moved new to the area a while ago...... for me it's super interesting what americans have on old stuff that you can't find in stores- so i'm browsing at least once a week and sometimes i end up buying nothing and sometimes i find something cool like my goat mug 😂 the stuff there is superfriendly and helpful and the store is well organized and clean...... i read all the others reviews here and i wanna say, it's easy to give bad reviews just because a worker there want to close the door at 7 or they didn't take matrazes as a donation.... maybe the workers has to wait everyday till 7.30 till the rest on people is out of the store and maybe they won't take matratzes because they won't get any beg bugs- who knows that? .... people write reviews bound on emotions and forget that everybody has a bad day sometimes- but when you give 2 stars, that stay in the...

I am new to the area and prefer to shop local, so I decided to stop in to look for Halloween supplies.

I walk in the door at 6:41. The older lady behind the counter looks at me and gets on the loudspeaker: " sigh loudly and obviously everyone needs to grab their purchases and come up to the counter NOW. We are closing." The lady gets off loudspeaker and says to her co-worker (sounding very put-out) "I'm fu**ing locking the doors at 7"

Now, if they closed at 6 or 6:30, I'd understand her frustrations. But this is not the kind of behavior you would expect. I was very taken aback, especially because I normally love these stores.

I don't know if she was just having a bad day, if she was then I'm sorry, but that is no way to...
