Really neat place with a lot of amenities, clean facilities, and a very nice staff.
It's available to only the homeowners and their guests - be aware of those policies and where you fall in terms of what you can access, and what you can't.
My main qualm is that as a direct relative (son) of a homeowner (a member of KICA) that is living full time on said property; I don't get the access and priveledges that I did a year ago. But if that's the policy, than that's the policy!
The average age of people who use the exercise facilities tend to be those who have retired already, but it's certainly welcoming to adults of all ages. There are fitness classes that look like they are aimed more so at said age group, but I can't comment on those - I imagine they're great to go to and are a wonderful way to meet residents on the island.
