Salon Saida — Attraction in Kirkland

I went to Saida Salon a few months ago and will never go back. The owner cut my hair. I was told to bend over and let my hair hang down towards the floor to be cut. She got on her knees ? ( I have short hair) I have never been upside down for a haircut, but trusted her even though she was not paying attention to me but talking with a friend from out of town sitting in a chair across from me. I was bent over upside down! Really!! I was not given a chance to look in the mirror when finished and would have definitely noticed my hair was 1 1/2" shorter on the left side than the right! When I got home and looked in the mirror and saw my lopsided hair I was shocked and very upset. I could have gone back to have the right side cut shorter to match the left but decided I would never go back. Sad story for me, it took 3 months to grow my hair back to be even on both sides. I have been going to Saida for all cuts and colors for the last 10 years. In that time, I have recommended her to over a dozen family and friends who also still see her. One of my favorite things about Saida is that if there is every anything you are even slightly dissatisfied with, if it's something you saw her for, you simply go back for a fix. I have done this several times, especially for more different cuts and colors than "my usual". I just call her up, let her know I need a little more taken off or a little more blonde, and she tells me to come on in!

Not honest about their pricing. First I had to wait 45 min I had an appointment too. then I got half head highlights very short hair got charged for full head, Sima cut a few pieces of my hair to make it look even it was not even a trim it took her 30 seconds she charged me $50 which I was told I will not get charged for. Also, when I got home I realized my roots are orange now I have to somewhere else to fix it. so I was over charged and looking like a carrot.
