Oscar & Co. — Local services in Kirkland

I came on Friday, December 16th at 5:25pm and they were closed. The hours are 10am-6pm. I also came the next morning, Saturday, December 17th at 10:12am and they were closed. The hours are posted as 10am-6pm. I have at least a 30 minute drive each way and felt like it was a waste of my time because the owner either isn’t on time or closes early without notice. Really frustrating when there is no consistency in the hours for this shop. Also incredibly inconsiderate to those traveling from afar to visit the store....
