Big Toho Marina — Attraction in Kissimmee

I tried to order some parts for my 2003 Skeeter ZX200, almost three weeks ago today. Spoke with Jonathan (or John) in parts and service. Explained what I needed. He said he'd place a call to Skeeter to get the parts. I followed up calling four more times. Spoke twice with a woman, once with a man. Different times of the day. Always was told "Johnathan (or John) is out to lunch. Leave your name and number. He will call you right back." He never did. My last (fourth) call, spoke again with the woman employee. She told me Jonathan (or John) was still out to lunch but had not returned my call yet after two weeks and four follow-up calls from me because he was waiting to hear from Skeeter. "I'll make sure he returns your call today," she added. That was on June 30, a Thursday. I called Skeeter HQ and spoke with customer service. They told me, "That's odd. We always respond quickly. What do you need?" I explained my problem, the Skeeter customer service guy found the parts and their respective numbers, suggested I contact a different dealer, which I did. Parts were ordered immediately on 30 June. They arrived today July 5. Meanwhile, Jonathan (or John) called from Toho Marine to say Skeeter had not returned his call but he expected to hear from them that day (June 30). Now it's July 5. Jonathan (or John) still has not called me again. All these other reviewers may say Toho Marine is great, but my personal experience these past three weeks is Toho Marine customer service sucks big time. Terrible, indifferent, substandard customer service. I don't know if it's a generalized problem with you folks, but Jonathan (or John) definitely is a one-star employee. If I could rate him zero stars I would....

Located in a huge waterfront park where it is the perfect family spot to grill, skate or relax; Lakefront Park. Close by, there are lots of local shops to browse. Ample parking available for boat trailers. Could use additional ramps due to the limited number of ramp spaces but we weren't there at a busy time. (The lot was almost full due to a tournament).

Staff in the store were friendly. Purchase bait, drinks and ice right at the marina here. Very convenient! Good to see fish regulations posted. Haven't seen that at any ramp before- good reminder. It would be nice to see slips for you to doc and enjoy an hour or two at the park but there are only slips for Monthly rentals; understandable that some people come here to fish for the bass though if coming from Harmony side of lake, or Bellalago, this could be a nice stop for a few...

The new owners and operators of the big Toho Marina. They have done a tremendous job in updating it cleaning it up ready for spectacular new business. My wife and I totally recommend going to this location for breakfast lunch or dinner and all of your fishing needs on Lake Tahoe. Thank you to Jackie and Jorge for the job you've done and for this community. My wife stopped in today after 4 and it was closed but the chef was nice enough to serve us a beer and coke.
