Horrible experience the first time I came there were flies in the restroom, we paid for time from 9 pm to midnight they gave us lane 7 and before we even played they forgot to add one of us on the scoreboard, once we cleared that up and we started playing not even half of us got a chance to play before we noticed that our balls didn’t come back to us and there was a personal ball of ours that also didn’t come back to us and got stuck underground, during this one of the employees cussed in front of us without a care, the employees that were helping us were going to switch us lanes but they said that manager told them no and that we had to wait there where we would lose time and money when we asked for a refund the employee we ask said that the manager didn’t even acknowledge them and ignored them, then they finally switched us to another lane after the maintenance they were doing required us to be away from our lane and lane 8, they switched us to lane 4 where we played a bit but never got to finish our first game before we got another problem, the same thing happened but at first the machine that give us back our balls started smoking making it smell horrible, our personal ball and some other balls also got stuck, because of that we lost even more time spending, they had us here waiting in the same lane while they fixed it and we had to...

When one of my clients accidentally left behind his scarf earlier today, I eventually asked over the phone if it was still there. I included what lane we were using and what time we were there (within 11:00 AM). The guy over the phone didn't really sound nice and claimed he looked "everywhere" with no sign of my client's scarf. My director insisted I go back quickly and look for it myself because I was told that specific worker has a negative reputation. With no questions, I raced back inside and found the scarf behind the seats where my clients were playing the game. My client was super relieved when I brought it back to him and immediately held it around as his security blanket. He told me the prices for bowling and I couldn't even understand him because he said it so fast. I even returned my bowling shoes because I didn't want to spend almost 5 dollars on a pair of socks. It was only me and my son and he was begging me to bowl one time and I did and as soon as I did I had a guy come tell me off saying I was already told not to bowl with any bowling shoes when I explained to him I was never told that and he didn't have to yell at me and he continued to yell. I was planning on returning to get socks from home after my son was done with his game but after that incident I will not be returning to la Habra bowling.
