We went to the Morgan Wallen Concert on the 23rd and this was the most unorganized event I have ever been to. If I could give it 0 stars I would have. There was nothing but chaos going in to the venue and leaving. I asked an officer when going in if this was normal for an event to be crowded like this and she said yes. Going in there was no structure or lines it was just crowds of people trying to get into the doors. There were plenty of officers that could have given instruction. If a fire or fight had broke out it would have definitely been a safety hazard! Leaving the venue was just as bad. There was only a small gate open for the hundreds of people to get back into the parking lot to their vehicles. My child and I stood back because I did not want to be within that crowd. People began to climb over the fences of the parking lot to get to their vehicles. I will never purchase tickets here again.

My Family and I enjoyed the CajunHeartland State Fair 5-25-2019.we arrived at 11:30 a.m. till 10 p.m.We bought our wrist bands and passes early so we saved money by buying 3 MEGA wrist band passes for $70.00 and added another wrist band for $25.00 (102.1 saved me $5.00 on 4th wrist band with their promo code) regularly $30.00./ $3.00 per person entry fee. 2 and under get in for free... I honestly suggest that You All wear Tennis Shoes, sun screen, sun glasses and a hat. (I did) Other than that. I would recommend that you wear thin clothing. You will most likely over heat. Be prepared to have a BLAST and spend some Money!

First concert in the dome since the renovations. We saw Styx, REO & Don Felder. Let me tell you it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN THE CAJUNDOME!!! We ALWAYS buy level 1 row 1 tickets because I have bad knees and CANNOT climb steps. Well much to our COMPLETE SHOCK Level 1 row 1 is now fenced off and not only do you have to climb up many steps but right back down to level 1 when you have to get a drink or go to the restroom. This is complete stupidity!!! Whoever made this design did not think at all about the paying audience!!! This was an older crowd and everyone around us was angry. Why would I pay so high for seats when I am forced to climb up and down a darn mountain all night. Not to mention the beer being spilled all down both sets of steps. We were miserable and will never attend another concert here. We would rather drive to Houston or New Orleans than deal with such stupidity. Finally at the end of the night we went sit in some empty chairs on the floor because I just could not climb any more steps. Oh and the new seats now have cup holders which was nice. However they are very uncomfortable and much smaller. This is not a problem for the average size person. However when you have an over 300 pound man sitting next to you it really sucks and you will be miserable as he takes some of your space as well. They spent a lot of money to make this a terrible concert venue! We have gone to countless concerts here and ALWAYS enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. However last night was out last concert here. HORRIBLE...

Came to the Cajun Dome for the Chris Stapleton concert from NELA. No instructions were given to us on Ticket Master or the Cajun Dome website about purses or parking. When we arrived they didn't allow parking around the Cajun Dome and we had to park at the University recreational sports parking and walk to the Dome. Then when we arrived I had a very small Coach cross body that was literally an inch over the board of measuring and they wouldn't allow me to bring it in!!! I would have walked back a 1/2 mile to put it on the truck or give away $250 bag to some security guard! They could have just looked in the little tote and seen the only thing I had was a phone my ID, Debit card and $40 in cash because that's how small it was and all it could hold. There was also several fights that broke out outside and inside the concert. I will never travel to the Cajun Dome for an...
