Giving it a two star instead of a one star simply because the time that I did actually shop there the person working was nice, spoke to me about what their usual sellers were and so forth. Usually that would be a five star and I should have left a review then. However, what brings me to write this review is calling into the store about a week or two ago.
My friend and I have been getting into Marvel Champions, and we like to shop as local as possible when we can and then if we are unable to secure the items then we turn to Amazon. So, we called the various stores figuring out who had what and when it came time to this store, after asking them about it they said they did not have it and instead offered Marvel Legendary. That in itself is good customer service, did not have the product so suggest something similar. I said, "ah thanks man but we actually have everything from legendary already." We have been playing the game since it came out and have bought the expansions along the way. The person on the phone did not seem to believe me and called out to the people behind him saying "hey we have somebody who has EVERYTHING for legendary apparently" and then proceeded to quiz me on the various expansions to see if I had them. I'm sitting there in my car because we are driving from place to place and I'm having a hard time remembering expansion names because anybody who has collected legendary knows there is a lot. After like 4 expansions I'm just like "okay was really just looking for champions stuff so thanks."
It felt very mocking and honestly made me not only not return again, but not even bother calling again.
Response to the owner: If that was the case then I'll change my review. I was on speaker at the time and the people I was with also thought it felt a bit more mocking than amazing but I don't want a negative impacts on just perhaps a misheard tone so ty...

The one piece Paramount War booster boxes I ordered a few months ago were back ordered, not even due to any fault of Rich but Bandai did not send him enough as far as what he was supposed to be allocated. Anyway there was a huge major delay in me getting my order. So in order to make it up to me, when Bandai finally sent him the extra boxes that he was supposed to get to fulfill my order they also sent him some Romance Dawn boxes also. So rich gave me the option if I wanted to have two of the three Paramount War boxes I ordered be romance Dawn instead. Romance Dawn are much harder to find and probably won't be printed anymore. And he was going to charge me the same lower price that I paid for my Paramount War boxes so I said yes definitely! Not only that but to make up to me when I got my package he threw in a whole bunch of tournament packs and promo packs and some starter decks. His customer service blew me away!! That is how you do it! I mean I thought he would throw in a couple promo packs cuz he said he was going to but he really went above and beyond and totally hooked me up. Walked in for digimon starter decks and booster boxes back in December. The clerk was really nice nd helpful but their prices for the decks and boxes were outrageous. Although. To lessen the 'price' blow rhey did include an extra dash pack with my purchase of the 2 starter decks I did end up getting. Also no price tags anywhere to be seen, so had to ask for every price (fiancé asked about some pokemon stuff there as well).
Also, dunno if due to covid, but the store seemed really small due the the back seemingly being blocked off for some reason.
All in all, experience here was meh, wasn't amazing but also wasn't negative. Would love to go back and give it another shot, although will be weary of prices due to mark ups. I understand each business has its own practices and policies. But price mark ups aren't usually a good sign. Will still go back to give another...
