Callaway Stadium — Attraction in LaGrange

Callaway Stadium is the perfect stroll down memory lane for me. As I grew up in LaGrange, Ga. Where this staduim is located. Not only did I attend football games there as a teen, in middle/high school years. Thru out the last 2&1/2 or so Decades, I have recorded video clips, taken pictures of/with 4 of my 6 nieces/nephews As they Graduated High School. From ALL 4 Local High Schools. My own middle school teen son has played Football in Callaway Stadium.. " DESPITE THIS STADIUM'S SEMI-OLD FASHION/RETRO STYLE. Callaway Stadium is IDEALLY THE PERFECT PLACE TO BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY OUT FOR A GOOD OLE HOME TOWN PIGSKIN SHOW DOWN, Between Our Local Middle & High Schools.. All weekend. Every Weekend. And sometimes during the week. During Season of Course.. Me & My Family have Never had A Bad or Negative Experience while enjoying the clean & well built/well maintained facility.. Plenty of choices for foods & beverages between the stadium's concessions stands. And the 2-3 Private Owned Venders.. Sure to keep the kids' satisfied the length of the game.. Great stadium always love the hype and feel of this stadium. Great little southern football classic. Near the college and has a small university feel but on a small scale for the youngsters (high school) to get use to love it love it. Needs more restrooms placed men and women are on opposite sides of field huge problem you guarantee a group is separated or miss the game recipe for disaster all the way around. All stadiums need to have bathrooms of an abundance to to be exact at each side of the bleachers this way people can go to the restroom both genders quickly and efficiently groups can stay together and they're not separated the last thing you want us to have to send one person to the restroom without a buddy that's not at all safe but if the opposite gender they're guaranteed to be split up and remember this is the high schoolers field. I would want my child safety thought of first but great field...

Awesome scrimmage game on last night Aug. 17, 2023 with start time 7:00 p.m. although, I didn't arrive until 7:30 p.m. LaGrange High School Variety Grangers Football team played an awesome game with a fantastic half time show. LaGrange High Grangers vs Carver High Panthers of Atlanta.

What I didn't know that it was a 10.00 charge to park in the LaGrange College Auditorium parking lot which has always been free of charge. Other than the parking situation it was a very enjoyable night to cheer on the 2023-2024 Grangers🏈 football team.

Excellent supporters and Staff that took apart of getting the LHS Grangers football team, Cheerleaders and Band off to a great start come September...
