8:15 a.m. on a Saturday morning and I'm sitting in my car outside of Salon waiting for UPS to open. I saw an older lady going into the nail salon and asked her for pricing on a full set. She said "Hold on a minute" and she went inside and a somewhat heavy set girl came out and I asked her if she knew why UPS wasn't open and she got nasty with me and said "Are you asking me a question about nails or are you asking me about the store" and I said "Well, I wanted to know about nails but I figured since you work here you might know what time UPS is opening since it's supposed to open at 8:00 and they aren't open." And really snotty she says, " I have no idea, what did you need to know about nails? I am busy inside. " And I said "You know what, never mind. I'll go somewhere else. " I needed a price for full sets of nails, pedicures and hair removal for seven females in a bridal party. I called a few minutes later to talk to the lady who walked into the store, but the same nasty girl answered the phone and I asked her if I could talk to the owner and she was really snotty and loud. She insisted she was the owner. I told her that I wanted to know about full sets, pedicures and hair removal for seven females for a bridal party but since she was so nasty I would go elsewhere and she hung up on me. Horrible customer service! I left the same review on Yelp and she had it removed. Nice try! You want to be in customer service and be nasty? You're going to get...

It was a great experience when I walked in, they had a modern feel, but at the same time calming. The man who did my nails was very nice and was trying to make me laugh and feel more comfortable which I can appreciate with my social anxiety. I got acrylic nails with gel polish because I was going on vacation the next day so I wanted them to stay nice for the week, but by the end of the week two of my nails had already fallen off compared to the normal two to three weeks acrylics are supposed to stat on after that I refused to go back there and went to my regular place to get my acrylics filled ad the two that had fallen off redone. Once it was three weeks later those nails started falling off but had the original nail from E Nails underneath and one of the nails were so bad that I got an infection underneath two of my nails. I was so mad because i have had acrylics around 15 times now and I have never gotten an infection before it ruined my nails and I vow...

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to Enail. Today, while getting a pedicure and gel polish change, I requested to speak with the manager to clarify the pricing for gel polish, as I believed it had changed since my last visit. However, the manager informed me that she was with other clients and did not have time to speak with me, as she did not want other customers to wait. (I thought I was a customer as well—go figure!)

I have been a loyal customer at this salon for a year, and this was my first time experiencing an issue. However, I have observed in the past that the manager is consistently warm and accommodating to certain customers, and I would have appreciated the same level of courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide that I will no longer be returning.
