CAUTION!!!

I saw nothing but glowing reviews about Coastal Market so we decided to ask the owner, Denise, to refurbish our Tommy Bahama bedroom set. HUGE MISTAKE!

Denise said she had done furniture refurbishing her whole life and that she would be doing the work herself. That was a total lie. She had someone doing the work for her in a hot storage unit and needless to say the furniture came out horribly. A complete disaster.

We contacted Denise and she said she would fix it. ANOTHER lie. She did NOTHING to fix the furniture then threatened us that if we didn't pay her immediately that she would sell our furniture. She did absolutely nothing to correct the issues and then threatens to keep our furniture?

While we considered getting an attorney, the stress of having to deal with such an unscrupulous person like Denise forced us to pay for the horrible work her associate did rather than risk losing our expensive Tommy Bahama set.

I guess if you buy something from her store, you should be OK. If you consider asking her to do any work for you, I would STRONGLY suggest you reconsider. There are many other options that are honest, do far superior work, and are less expensive. I just wish we would have known about them before making the mistake of...

Denise was so very helpful for months and would send me pics at my request as I was hunting for a sea life unit, with either turtles or sea horses on it. I finally found a beautiful turtle unit that my husband and I both really liked. Got it shipped to my state. Its just stunning in person. Great owner. Great experience. Would buy from again in the future. The mover Rob who delivered it was also wonderful. A+ 10 Star!!!...

Absolutely LOVE it!! This seashore/nautical themed shop is fantastic!! One of the coolest I've seen in a while.
