I can’t say enough good things about this place! The food, the service—everything is exceptional. It’s not a sit-down restaurant, so I usually call in my order (I’ve pretty much memorized the menu by now).

They offer a great variety of sauces and dips, and the hibiscus water and horchata are absolute musts! I especially love their guacamole and green tomatillo sauce—so fresh and flavorful.

I always go for the tacos and have tried the chicken, pork, and steak—every single one is delicious. Honestly, these are the best tacos I’ve ever had. Everything is made in-house, and even the chips are incredibly fresh and clean, without any of the usual additives.

Please support this outstanding small business. You can taste the difference in the taste, color and texture of every one of their tortilla/corn items. They make their own sauces and even my son remarked, “That Tomatillo sauce kicks (you know what.)” The avocado sauce was so light and peppy. These salsas - many different kinds - are made in house and not loaded with sodium or sugar. I made pulled chicken and these tortillas make for the best tacos. The chips will make you go back. Sierra Madre is a much needed addition to the commerce in WPB. We need more of these authentic shops that honor and bless the diversity that Palm Beach County...
