Bahia Bowls South Lakeland — Attraction in Lakeland

My first time trying this place and it certainly wasn’t a very pleasant experience. However, I will say the açaí wasn’t bad and the cashier was friendly hence the 2 stars rather than 1. My friend and I got açaí bowls and added Nutella which was an extra charge, which I am not complaining about. However, my point is that if I’m going to be paying extra for a topping, I’m definitely going to check to make sure it’s there. Anyhow, when we got our bowls, I began eating mine and found there was no Nutella in it, but my friend had Nutella in hers. When I went back to the counter to mention it, the girl who made our bowls said she put Nutella in there. I explained to her that she put Nutella in my friend’s bowl, but not mine and I felt like she was trying really hard not to give me the Nutella that I paid extra for by saying things like “oh sometimes it melts into the acai.” I’ve eaten açaí bowls millions of times with nutella and if anything it actually hardens, not melt into the açaí. I was even digging through my açaí bowl in front of her to show her that it wasn’t there. She proceeded to go to the back and grab a new jar of Nutella and says, “oh it’s because we ran out.” She finally gave me the scoop of Nutella, but I felt like I had to fight hard for it. She embarrassed me in front of my friend and other customers, but at the end she was just too lazy to go to the back and open a new jar. I have tried this place once, did not like it but it wasn’t nothing drastically bad, so I decided to give it another chance, I ordered the Mocha mayhem, what a mistake it tasted like when you open a compost full of rotten bananas and my daughter ordered a pineapple bowl thing that was flavorless. I thought that maybe the combination of Nutella, banana, coffee and chocolate was not a good idea so I decided to do it on my Ninja Creamy and it was delicious so without no mistakes I’m sure that the banana they used was more than over ripe. I just wanted to try it and I did regret it. Worst experience ever I parked right in front of your store and had a person in the car (she saw it) and I have a dash cam. I can provide you all evidence about not bagging and even not closing the bowl.
