I would like to start out by saying that, everyone at the business was kind, and I am happy with how my nails turned out.
I selected the Glow & Go Gel Pedicure ($55) when booking online, upon checking in the woman at the front desk indicated this might not be the best option and encouraged me to go for one of the more premium selections. I respect a sales pitch and said I would be happy to upgrade to the Magic Touch Gel ($65)....she then indicated again she would really recommend the Milk & Honey Pedicure, and so I agreed to instead upgrade to that option ($80).
After deciding on that, I watched the person at the front desk walk back to the person who would be doing my Pedicure, tell them about the change, and then there was a visible and audible exchange/celebration between them. To be honest it made me feel like a complete sucker in the moment and I hope I misread what I was seeing and hearing.
About halfway through my Pedicure, they recommended an additional service to me for another $17 which I politely declined.
I also had my nails done- no stars removed for this as it is my own fault for not reading all the details on their service menu, but I was a little surprised when I checked out at the end and there was a $5 'shaping fee' and a $10 'french nails' fee. After looking at the website I can see them listed as add one, so that's on me, but both of these extras costs are not ones I've ever been charged for before at any salon (even some of the nicer ones like this one!) So I was a little surprised.
Overall, they do nice work here and are very kind and polite, but I left my experience feeling like some of the relaxation of the experience was taken away by the repeated sales pitch, and like the goal was to get me to add as many additionals as possible.
Conflicted because again, good work, but, I am not likely to be a return customer...

Read moreI called ahead explaining I had an inflamed ingrown toe nail and asked if they would be able to take care of it. I wanted to be sure they would remove it before driving across town. They assured me they could over the phone. Later that day I called in again and reminded them my reason for coming and asked if they were still able to help me out. They again said yes. When I got there and sat at the chair for pedicure I again pointed out the ingrown toe nail causing me issues before we started the service. About 20 minutes into the service the lady at the desk came over to my chair and said “are you the one who called about the ingrown toe nail? We can not touch it because it’s inflamed”. I explained that was the only reason I came, but now we were 20 minutes into the service. They said the ingrown was inflammed and messing with it could cause infection so I asked them not to polish my nails so they could just breathe while it healed. I paid for the service and when I got to my car I realized they hadn’t done much of anything to my nails except clip one down the middle to where I had a hang nail I had to go remove myself. (See pictures) They weren’t cut all the way down, they did not file them, and the edges of my nails still had the white paint on them that I came in with. I called in the next day to ask for a refund as they were not clipped or filed down, nor was the previous polish fully removed, and they said that a refund was not an option and the only solution would be to come back to get my nails painted. Would...
Read moreThe place is very nice and the people working there are very sweet. I wasn’t going to make this review because of how nice everything was but my manicure was horrible to be honest. First red flag is when she took out the clippers from an already opened bag, I got a bit paranoid because of the health implications but I said ok she’s just going to clip my nails, she took off dead skin and took a chunk of my skin off and I started bleeding everywhere, she used this little disinfectant but I think it directly touched my blood and who knows how many peoples hands that’s touched, she continued using all the tools she had clearly already used on other people on my nails, then she put nail glue on my cut repeatedly, I hope she doesn’t use these tools on someone else and just throws them out, my finger really hurt today and that’s why I’m making this review, I’m scared of getting diseases and they should be wayyy more careful with these things if something were to happen to my finger in the next days or weeks I would be very mad and they would be liable, beautiful establishment but they should’ve not done the service or given me a discount I went home to disinfect and it gutted so much taking the nail glue off the cut. Also her nail bits that were not cleaned and in a can were used on that bleeding nail and it cut me. I’m afraid I have to go to the doctor to make sure I don’t get a disease or infection. Too bad it’s such a...
