My phone was showing a password that I needed to put in I did not put a password in and it was apparently a glitch I tried different things it did not work I went to phone company which was Sprint they really did not make an effort to try to help they just carried my phone back to their tech And then walk my phone back out and told me that it may need to be flashed or something like that yet I go Back to the place that I got the phone from if they could contact The person that on the phone prior to me maybe there was a password that I was not aware of and they said that they were unable to do that I remember looking online at the reviews of its xtreme wireless when I was at the library And using that to try to make heads and tails of a place that could get my phone operational again cause I was using it the day before this password popped up I got in there and spoke with Brandon and he told me what It could possibly be and the avenues he would take so he went to work right away as other customer for coming in he was multitasking very well still staying equally with each person as he was showing me what my part was in making sure the information was great pertained to my phone when all was said and done he had told me this was a very simple thing to do and that I may need to go ahead and re implement some on my apps that I had he did not charge me anything for this and I was so grateful their ideas said well then you just earned your lunch and because the phone is a Galaxy S8 plus I wanted to be sure that I could get a case on it and he told me about the different cases and because of the curved glass on my want to go with the temper glass and a case that would work the best and so he got me the UAG and a very good tempered glass protector for the screen and the price was very comparable to offer up and Facebook market and I thought I'm going to get the items I need here they are knew he knows what hes doing I watch with the position of the tempered glass he put on with no bubbles that you could not even tell that it had the screen protector on it so I ended up investing into a company that definitely takes care of their customers because in this day and age little things like this keeps people coming back for repeated business. An associate at this store put what was supposed to be a waterproof case on my daughter’s IPhone and of course when water hit it it was NOT waterproof. They have had my daughter’s phone for 3 months. Haven’t fixed it or offered any concern. I always had to call and check and each time a different excuse. The didn’t even return her phone. They still have it. A previous employee had provided me a quote to send my iPhone back to Apple to get an unlocked version for $60 bucks which was in accurate true price was a little more than double that price. I met with the owner and explained what I was told he was so professional and understanding and he honored the $60 which he actually lost money doing. I’ve been in Atleast 10 times this year because I’m so clumsy with my phones. Not to mention one time when I shattered my iPhone so bad it was black with weird lines and he even brought it back to life! I’ve grown to have a good friendship with the owner Brandon. This recently his new employee offered to customize my iPhone 7plus and I was alittle hesitant but Brandon told me to give it a chance and I could not be any happier.
