Two stars because although the service leaves much to be desired, the food is great at least. More than once I have called and they pick up and leave you there on an open line not even on hold, they literally just put the phone down and you are forgotten. I know this trick is to jam up their phone line so their phone doesn’t continue to ring. So you sit there and get to hear the sounds of the restaurant atmosphere as no one ever returns. The last time I had to call back and literally force the person to take my order before they tried to put me on hold.

I have no issues with a restaurant being busy, in fact that’s a good sign, it means the food is good and desired by customers, which it is. I would never eat here again!! I recommend people watch how their food is being prepared as I did. I politely asked the cashier to please inform the lady preparing food to please change her gloves because I seen her rinse it off with water after touching other foods and equipment behind the counter. The cashier said okay no problem. Then a tall male approached me stating he’s the manager and asked what’s the problem. I repeated to him that I request the cashier to ask the lady preparing food to please change her disposable gloves rather than rinse it off at the sink because of cross country contamination. He said I am being rude and he is refunding me my money while still allowing the lady to prepare food and touch everything with the SAME gloves. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. AMAZING! The building is impeccably clean and the customer service is outstanding! We ordered carnitas tacos for my daughter (she likes a flour tortilla but onion and cilantro on top and they had no problem customizing that for her), I ordered a steak quesadilla and asked for grilled onions to be added (again, they happily made this customization), my husband ordered the carnitas burrito and he said it was easily a 10/10, and we shared the chips and guac which was very fresh. We called and ordered takeout and they said it would be 25 minutes, which I get could be a lot if you were there but for us it was no problem.
