Reico Kitchen & Bath — Attraction in Lakeside

Horrible customer service!!! We were treated as if we were bothering our consultant, despite having a presecheduled appointment. The prices we were quoted were FAR more than anywhere else. Unfortunately we had to use them, as they are who the builder is partnered w/. We did not end up w/ what we wanted, as their prices were astronomical. The installation we had was poor as well. There was a chip in the granite, a flaw on our bathroom cabinet, the back lip on the granite wasn't caulked to the actual countertop, the cabinet doors were misaligned & the floor vent that was supposed to be cut out of the bottom cabinet wasn't. They sent an installer to cut out the vent hole & the body odor/smoke smell of the installer was borderline intolerable. We would not recommend them to anyone! Every other vendor we worked w/ was fantastic, but not Reico!

*Spoke w/ the manager to discuss our concerns, as suggested in their response. We were told the builder needed to be contacted, in reference to our concerns, however, all of our frustrations had to do w/ poor installation, amongst other things, by Reico, NOT our builder. When we questioned this, we never received a response... Customer service is not Reico's focus, instead the money...

Nightmare........Initial installer was rude. When installation finally started, one of the cabinet doors was damaged in the shipment, but they installed it anyway. They left an entire cabinet out during the first install as well. Ultimately, they sent out at least 4 different install crews, each one making comments about the previous crews mistakes. They had to come out at least seven different times to repair mistakes and poor installation issues.

Our Kitchen remodel is now done and we still have crooked cabinet doors and a drawer that sticks when you open it.

For the money we spent, I expect better quality, better service, and I certainly do not expect to have to chase them down to...

I love my REICO cabinets, countertops, and hardware! My salesperson, Kelsey, was knowledgable and very helpful with the design and product choices. I am very happy with the function and appearance of everything we chose. Kim was very helpful and professonal scheduling the deliveries, installs and some follow up adjustments. Thiago was very professional and did a great job getting everything in... The painted black cabinets and drawer pulls def make a statement and have gotten many compliments from visitors!

I would recommend REICO. They were very helpful thru the entire process.... and delivered great products that have made my home feel good...
