I like it It's nice but the pool there is a bit dirty with dead bugs on the small kid pool there's alot but on the very deep one it's nice another good thing they have is that they have lifeguards in case someone is drowning and it's really cheap to pay for 1$ per kid below 12 and 2$ per adult over 13 which is also really good but the life guards do take breaks for 30 minutes so that means u have to get out of the water when they're on break overall they have nice pools to swim in and they also have a huge slide the only thing that also got this to 4 stars is bc they open in most days than other waterparks bc for some reason in other waterparks are closed even it says they're open in google! So do come here it's a nice place to spent your summer with your family and u don't bring a mask btw but do bring: a towel swimsuit sunscreen flip flops and swimming googles if u want to see under water.Another reason why I took off one star is bc one of the employees said my little sister couldn't bring floaties EVEN THO WHEN I CAME BACK TO SWIM ANOTHER TIME I SAW LITTLE KIDS WEARING FLOATIES BUT THEY DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING...
Read moreNorth Central Park is my go to park :) there’s plenty of things to do here. It has a dog park for small and large dogs, playground for children, a pond, disc golf course, and lots of trail to walk, run, and bike! I love the fact that it looks a little different at every turn, so runs don’t get boring. There are plenty of benches for resting. A few picnic tables. Electric scooters. Trash cans and pet waste baggie stations to keep it beautiful. Park has water fountains that are height friendly and pet friendly. Restrooms are clean most of the time but not always. Over all, park is clean and feels safe. Today, the fire department was there by the parking lot (thought they were out doing a practice drill but...
Read morePoorly designed. Terrible playground equipment. Decent walking/biking trials. Trash everywhere, but that's just Laredo for you. It could be an amazing park if the used their resources better. They have a recently built swim complex at the front with a full staff with no one swimming. Maybe task some of that staff to clean p the park instead of sitting around an empty pool. Apportion some funds to build playground equipment suitable for small children (1 to 3) and some additional equipment for kids (3-6) with rubber floor instead of wood chips. Get rid of the disc golf course. Pull up the equipment and move it to the park over on Barret St. Typically disc golf courses aren't built on top of...
