We tried to support local. But we waited 4 months for our furniture. Every time when we called to find out the status no one would answer the phone. We would have to drive to the store to get any information. The employees and store manger said that the owner would not get their phones fixed. Once our furniture came in every piece was damaged. They did not tell us about but tried to hide it. When it was delivered we showed and mentioned it. They told us that they could not get this furniture again. So we placed an order for something else at 1k more. Two months went by and still no contact. We went down there again and they said they were waiting on the manufacture. They would not refund our monies. Actually, there was a guy behind the counter that threw and slid every off their counter with 2 young children coloring. He was in a rage. They were afraid to move. The guy in line to finish his order walked out for he could not believe what he saw. At this point 2 of their employees came out and stop us in our car and threatened us. I can't believe that they have such little respect for the elderly and treated my grandparents this way. They never got their furniture and left with damage merchandise.    Read moreI have been dealing with Blake, Manager of the Las Cruces National Furniture store. As of today, I have not been able to receive my furniture that I have already paid for. I purchased the furniture in the middle of April, and still I have not been able to get it delivered. It has been one excuse after another and blaming either drivers, the El Paso Store, or someone else for the delays in the delivery. He has "guaranteed" that items will be delivered at a certain day and time, and by end of day, no delivery. When I call and question him, he says he has to call someone else to find out what happened. If he is the Manager, I would think he knows what is happening with the deliveries. Several times he says he will call me with an update, and yet no call from him. When I call to find out why he didn't call, I come to find out that he didn't even work that day. I even complained to the owner of the company, and was assured he would call me right away, and again, not call back. At this point I'm not sure what else to do other than to cancel my order and get a refund. I have never experienced such lack of customer service or lack of care to assure customer satisfaction.    Read moreI always want to support a local business but the lack of honesty with National Liquidator (Las Cruces) is unbelievable when it came receiving your furniture. The fact that you have to pop up at the store to get a half-truth response is awful. The dining room set I ordered, when it came time to deliver my table, I waited 3 weeks for delivery. They kept giving me excuses the driver did not pick up the table from there El Paso store the truck in El Paso has not been unloaded. After 3 weeks going back and forth, finally received my table. Next, was the issue with the dining room chairs. When I order the dining room set, they came with chairs, but I decide to change the chairs to match the base of the table. They informed me that they could get the new chairs and as of today I have not received the correct chairs. They kept giving me excuses why the chairs have not come in but they gave me chairs I originally order as they try to work on getting the correct chairs that match the base of the table.
Lack of communication is horribly, as I always had to make the inquire about the furniture.
