I usually love this store which saddens me this happened. I've bought couches here and always recommended them to my friends but my recent experience has me really disappointed. This was a bit ago but I felt the need to share for others to take some caution. I went in for a new mattress nothing more. After testing some out me and my boyfriend started to look at the adjustable frames for fun. A sales man comes along and demonstrates the bed for us, showing us the features. I absolutely fall in love with the zero gravity feature. I've had trouble sleeping due to my back so I thought this might really help. At first I stick to my decision of not getting the frame since I was only there for a mattress but eventually on our way to pay for our mattress I fold and say go ahead and throw in the frame too. They tell us it'll take a month since we wanted a king sized one and there were none in store, which I had no problem with. I pay for it in full and wait a month. A month passes and I hadn't heard anything so I go ahead and give them a call. They say its there and we can bring it on over to my house. Makes me wonder if they were never gonna call me and let it sit in the wearhouse. Either way no biggie I was just happy to get my bed finally. I was at work during the delivery and my boyfriend was home when it got there. When I got home I was so excited to try it out but to my surprise the remote was very different from the one at the store. With a closer look it looks like it didn't even have the zero gravity, the main reason I bought the damn thing. I figure its a mistake and give the store a call. Once I finally get a manger I'm told there is no mistake and that I bought the silver model, not the gold. Excuse me? I wasn't even aware there was different models. The sales man showed me one bed frame and so I told him thats the one I wanted. Even on my order form it just said "adjustable frame" nothing about some sort of silver and gold model. I try to explain this and the manager offers me a discount to pay the difference for the gold model. I'm not to happy about it but I really want that zero gravity that I thought I paid for. He puts me on hold after that offer and comes back saying he actually can't give me a discount and I have to pay the full difference. Unfortunately with my budget I just couldn't do it, plus I'd have to wait a whole other month if I wanted it cause they needed to order it. I was already worried I'd get the wrong frame again to. I honestly wouldn't have paid for it at all without the zero gravity feature, since again I only came for a mattress in the first place.
Long story short, don't order anything through the wearhouse that you can't see with your ryes then and there, and make sure the sales man doesn't sell you one thing and you receive a completely...

UPDATE to previous review: Ryan gave us the runaround. We ordered our furniture in February and was told it would be in within 12 weeks. No biggie as we currently had our old furniture. 12 weeks go by and no word. After calling to inquire about the status, we were initially told the furniture was in and could be delivered the next day in the afternoon. Not even an hour later, we received a call back stating the furniture, in fact, was not available. Chris did some research for us to find out where the furniture was, only to find that there was no record of the order being placed. Ryan called back later to inform us that due to the tariffs, they were unable to get the fabric needed to make our furniture. Mind you, the "tariffs" he was referring to had not taken effect when our furniture order was placed. Nor was there any communication on their end stating that they were no longer able to get the fabric needed to make my furniture. Instead, we were making all the calls to inquire about the status, with Chris returning our calls to provide the info. Again, our furniture order was placed and we were told it would arrive in 12 weeks. We received a call yesterday, after inquiring yet again (after nearly 6 months since the start of this process), stating they were not able to obtain the fabric, nor would they be obtaining the fabric. Though Chris was apologetic throughout the entire process and did what he could in an attempt to make the situation right, we had no choice but to cancel our entire order and look for furniture elsewhere. When she purchased the set, she asked the salesman if they could wrap all 3 pieces because they were taking them to Carlsbad and they said of course. I was with her and heard this conversation. My parents take the living room set they purchased to Carlsbad and put the furniture in storage while they renovated their living room. They took the couch out of storage last week and after unwrapping it, they noticed a significant rip in the back and the wood is clearly visible. The liner, that was over the couch before it was wrapped, was not torn so she thought it had to have gotten tore at the warehouse. She called to she if they could repair it. She NEVER asked for a replacement just wanted it repaired. They told her since she took the couch out of the city, the warranty was voided. They knew ahead of time she was taking it to Carlsbad because she mentioned it the day she purchased it. When she purchased it, the young lady mentioned to my mom how long the warranty was for but NEVER said she couldnāt take it out of the city, again, I was with my mom the whole time. So my mom asked if she could bring the couch back to Las Cruces and have the upholstery guy that is there at their store fix it. My mom said she would gladly pay for it, since they said the warranty was voided, and they told her no. She spent over $1,200 and they arenāt willing to even help her fix the tear.
