What an amazing guy Jose is! We bought a Dickies hoodie as a gift for our son when on vacation in 2023. We live in Scotland, so can't get Dickies goods anymore. Last month the hoodie was washed for the first time, having hardly been worn, and the decal peeled off the front. Dickies "Customer Care" didn't want to know as I couldn't find the receipt, though I could show the Credit card transaction. Getting nowhere fast, I tracked down an email address for the store (possibly Jose's own), sent photos and an explanation on 24th October. Today - 4th November - a replacement hoodie arrived, shipped via FedEx, and all at Jose's expense. He'd got nowhere with the Dickies rep either. Service like this restores your faith in humanity. There are really good guys here - and Jose is a star. This family-run business deserves all the custom it can get. I'm only sorry we won't be back to shop here again. Well done,...

Careful when you buy jeans here, my son bought the Levi's for $70. He tried them on and they fit, we took them home to wash and they shrunk at lease 2 sizes!! He could barely get them on, can't button or zip them. Not sure if this is normal for Levi's or any of their jeans, but I called and of course nothing could be done. Our favorite store when we lived in cruces and now that we no longer live there my husband and I make it a point to go back to cruces at least twice a year just to get our clothes and shoes!! Love love, love this store! The workers are very helpful, quality of clothes is excellent and inexpensive! Worth traveling back just to get clothes!
