Eagle Cliff Overlook is a great spot to see the Starved Rock Lock and Dam on the Illinois River. There are wooden stairs and a boardwalk trail that leads to the Overlook. It has lots of benches, so it's a good spot to sit and rest or stop for lunch. Reminder for all hikers, pick up your trash and dispose outside of the park at trash bins.
