Luv Your Eyes — Attraction in Lauderhill

I was in town on business and needed an emergency pair of frames for my lenses. I visited this business because of the 5 star rating. Unfortunately the business wasn't open at 9am when I arrived, however the neighboring jeweler called Carolyn and I waited 20 minutes for her and her husband Alvin to arrive. She was very kind but also a bit of a salesperson. She found a set of frames for my lenses for $149 and i put $100 deposit on another that i was going to order by mail. Unfortunately after I left I noticed that the lenses didn't fill the frame completely but I was in dire need so I accepted it. A couple weeks later Carolyn texted me about finishing my order with her which I had forgotten about. I told her I was no longer interested in the frames I had her set aside and requested a refund of my $100 deposit. Carolyn has since gone silent and won't return my messages. I googled the metalflex 1050 frames she sold me in an emergency. To my dismay, they can be found online for $19. So either Luv Your Eyes sold me a $19 pair of frames for $149 and have chosen to keep my $100 deposit, or they sold me $19 frames for $249. Either way it's gouging and bad business. I'll chalk it up as a learning lesson, but warn others of Luv Your Eyes. You have my number Carolyn....

My husband and I used to live in Ft Lauderdale and knew Carolyn and Alvin a long time ago. We were in Pompano and went to the flea market. I happened into their store, started talking and came to realize it was them, 30 years later and still in the same location. I was amazed and Carolyn took such great care of me. She helped me find the perfect sunglasses, used my prescription and mailed me out my new, wonderful glasses in less than 2 weeks! Hands down best and affordable place to get your prescription lens. Huge selection of frames, friendly and fast service. Located right in the Swap Shop on Sunrise Main building Second floor. I'm in love with my new frames, I can see a mile away, and everything is so clear and bright. Its amazing how much a new pair a frames can really change your life. Luv your eyes! I will be back to get a few more frames, because I cant imagine not having at least 2...
