I have been going to this barber shop for 2 years to a barber by the name of Luis . Would you believe that every appointment I made with Luis to get a hair cut he was always late . What’s the point of making appointments if the barber is never ever on time . When I finally had a enough I left the barber shop and received a call from Luis where he was clearly not happy about me leaving cause I never agreed to Waite and then hangs up the phone on me . Please save yourself the headaches Luis does not value time or costumers . Never took accountability and always creates excuses . Should I ever be late to a haircut appointment or never show it would have been a problem . There were times that I would have an appointment and he would sit some one else in the chair and cut that persons hair during my appointment. Very unprofessional. I went there today because I had an appointment with Miguel. I believe he is the owner. I got there a few minutes early and waited for about 15 to 20 until one of the workers was asking me when I made the appointment, because he was talking to Miguel on the phone.
