This was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Our pilot Matt was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process! Our first planned flight got postponed due to weather but they accommodated us with another date and we had a breathtaking experience. I was able to propose and surprise my girlfriend before we got in the air and they were extremely patient while we took some photos before taking us up. I setup a balloon ride for my girlfriend's birthday and Matt and his team were amazing and accommodating for us. Our pilot Sally walked us through the whole process and had a once in a lifetime adventure in the skies. They take safety very seriously and that's what sealed the deal for me.
