Lebanon Indiana is such a nice little town and this is an adorable park! It's an absolute gem. It serves many functions. It is very accessible, well-maintained, plenty of parking, dog friendly, really clean public bathrooms, picnic areas, has a long walking/biking path, workout equipment, multiple children's play areas suitable for various ages/stages of development, new, safe equipment, a little theater, tennis courts, a flippin' water park, gorgeous trees, many memorials to its residents, (trees, bushes, plaques, names on bricks,) and an old cabin still standing from 1839! The trees are really amazing. They range from very mature to newly planted in a diverse range of species. They even have little placards placed in the ground or directly on the tree to identify the tree species and a QR code to learn more. From the all the beautiful memorials and the old cabin preserved there to all all the new equipment and tech, it really honors the past and future of this quaint little town. As I said, it is an absolute gem. Lebanon...
Read moreThe park itself is great ALOT of playground equipment and areas to sit and have quality family time, reason for 3 stars though I couldn't give higher because even though it's a great park while you are watching your kids there are some people who will pull into a parking spot and shoot up drugs and do adult type activities that should be done behind doors, also I have personally found uncapped needles on playground where kids play at, I have found drugs stashed in areas of park, police do patrol but don't really pay attention unless called, some of the drug users will nod out on benches and swings, a few years ago people were putting razor blades in areas where kids grab to climb which still occurs now and then, I have had to narcan a person before here. The park is great and has updated equipment kinda just watch yourself and your kids and if away from...
Read moreI can only review the waterpark. I haven't been to the actual park area, but it looks great as well.
I take my son to this waterpark often. It's perfect. It's very clean and well maintained. They have 1 open and 1 closed waterslide that goes into 3 feet of water. They have a wave pool which seems to be the favorite! It's awesome! They have a lily pad obstacle course area and a small area for littler kids. They also have just a regular pool area, a lazy river and a whirlpool. The wave pool is 1 to 5 feet deep and the rest of the park is 3 feet deep. They have restrooms and a pretty great snack bar. Also, I don't know what music station they have but we love it! You can break out in dance while waiting in line for a waterslide. Prices are very low as well, even lower if you arrive a couple of hours before closing time. I highly recommend...
