I had brought my son to see a movie that he picked , there literally were 6 people all of which were at least 10 rows down . #1 the movie had just started actually not even the movie, my phone vibrated and I checked it to make sure it wasn't important. The staff was extremely rude (I don't mean they asked me to put it away and that was that). The employee that apporched me was hostile I was put the phone into my purse and he literally stood over with a raised voice and didn't walk away until he physically seen me power off my cell phone. #2 then someone actually stood watching , talk about unable to even enjoy a movie that I paid for no less. it also ruined my son's day see this had been the first day I had actually been able to take him anywhere in 6 months due to a spinal injury. #3 this is a small town and take your business somewhere else will only get you by for so long. I sure hope that you don't treat all customer's this way. I would had gladly taken my money elsewhere. Worst 50 dollars that I had ever spent in a movie theater. AMC is only 10...
Read moreWe have lived outside Lebanon since 2008. We discovered the GQT Lebanon 7 and have been going to this theater exclusively. However over the past 6 months the theater is going downhill. The last 3 movies we have attempted to watch at the theater had issues. First, all three movies did not start on time, I had to go find someone to start the movie. The coming attractions were skipped because the movies started 10-15 minutes late each time. My wife is deaf and always uses the Captiview for the closed captioning. CC has not been working for the last couple of movies, with no other explanation beyond “Oh we don’t have it anymore, it doesn’t work.” Today 10/7/21 we tried again, went to see the 4pm showing of James Bond only to be told the showing was cancelled due to “problems with the movie” and again with the CC not working. Apparently the management has no intention of fixing the problems. This was once a great place to see a movie, but I highly recommend finding someplace else to...
Read moreI enjoy this theater, but that being said I don't go as often as I'd like. There seems to be a pattern I've noticed. I'm not pointing fingers or complaining, I've just noticed. Ever since it has opened there are only certain kinds of movies that get shown. They didn't have showings for Twelve Years A Slave, Birth Of A Nation, Selma, or Hidden Figures. They are currently showing a movie Stg. Something about a dog, but not A Wrinkle In Time? I was very surprised to see they had showings for Black Panther. That's how reliable the pattern is, I didn't think for a second it would play here. I love that theater, I used to work there when it first opened. My hometown doesn't feel like my hometown, if I still have to drive to Indy for movies that show people of my background. As more jobs become available in and around Lebanon, it might be a good idea to start showing some movies for a growing demographic in the community.
Dear Owners, If you made it all the way through that. Thank you...
