Well they get one star because they had phones there! My son who lives in Lebanon went to the store to buy a new phone. The young lady that was working wouldn't let him purchase it because he wasn't an authorized . Ok those are the rules . So I being the name on tge account call and authorize my son to purchase the phone. This girl being very rude still wouldn't let him purchase the phone. She said that I would have to be in the store. I checked back with the person that made him authorized and he said that he could. She still wouldn't let him buy the phone. She insisted that I be in the store. So I drive the 30 miles from my house to the store. Gas is 4.00-4.50 a gallon!!! When I get to the store she is as rude to me as she was to my son! She tells me that the phone in question is not in stock and it'll be 2 to 3 months if she orders it. She never once apologized for any supposed misunderstanding or miscommunication. I asked her if she knew about the phone being out of stock when she insisted that I be I. The store and that I had to drive all that way? Her answer was that she has to drive 45 minutes to work every day!! I then asked to speak with her boss and she gave me the phone number to the customer service and not the local store. I truly hope that this young lady learns how to treat people in the future, and how to work the job...
Read moreI needed help inserting an ATT Sim card I to my Samsung phone so went to this store. The service was grumpy and unwilling. When the rep (only one in the store on Sunday at 12:30), could not activate the service once the Sim card was inserted, he handed it back to me saying I needed to go to a full service ATT store. He did not take out the non -functional ATT Sim card and replace the prior provider card back in the phone.
When I asked him if the phone would now work if it had the ATT card in it, he said no. I then asked him to please take out the ATT Sim card and re-insert the other one so I would have service; he very reluctantly did so.
When I booted up my phone, he stared blankly at me, clearly wanting me to leave before I could confirm that my phone actually worked again.
While we waited for my phone to boot up, he squeezed a zit near his eyebrow and inspected the results. I am not kidding.
I am seriously reconsidering my decision to switch to ATT after this disgusting and pointless experience.
NOTE: I have checked with ATT online. This store IS a full...
Read moregirlfriend went to upgrade her phone. She already knew the phone she wanted and had her qualifying trade in. Easiest sale ever. So the employee did upgrade her phone. By upgrade her phone I mean he handed her an iPhone 14 in a box. He never powered on the 14 to activate service or check if the phone functioned properly. . So she left the store with her old iPhone with no service(assuming he didn’t want to do the trade in paperwork. Pure laziness). And an iPhone 14 that also had no service.. which all in all isn’t a big deal but we pay thousands of dollars to ATT yearly. To have good service and a reliable cell phone network. So when she got stranded with a flat tire on the way home from the att store she had no way of contacting someone to help. Unless she hit the SOS button. Spend $1000 on a phone and 15 minutes later you can’t call for help. 110% your employees laziness and I assume lack of training. No plans of switching service after 15 years until today. Imagine more customers will follow if they visit...
