Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lebanon

I have never liked a Pizza hut so much especially one with a dine -in area, most pizza hut are under cooked pizzas that taste like card board and vomit tomato sauce. This location holds a special place in my heart,because my husband had been coming to this Pizza Hut since he was very young. When my husband and i were dating, his mom brought me here and i thought it couldn't be anything special. But my opinion was changed once i tried their nacho fries, it had chunks of bacon and was very flavorful with toppings that included jalapeno, cheese and sour cream. I've heard people go on their first dates here, generations raised going here and so on. My husband and i have only sat and ate here since they relocated across the parking lot. I don't think the food or quality has changed too much, but it is not the same as when they were in their old spot. We like our rewards that we use here , we love the bread sticks and 9 times out of 10 always order a stuffed crust pizza. The staff has always been friendly,and i'm sure locals will say they come here for Sue she is very sweet lady who loves what she does. Overall , the food quality is still good and the service is the same not much has changed. I really like this Pizza Hut, without exaggeration. I went through the drive thru. I didn't know it was just for pick up. But, the blonde hair female took my order. I just wanted breadsticks and a salad. She charged me $20 for the two. I thought that was overly priced for just an order of breadsticks and a salad. She gave me a generic receipt. It didn't show the detailed prices for the 2 items. She was acting kind of strange. I'm waiting and this nice young man came to the window and asked my name. I told him and what I ordered. He said ok. Walked away. A little while later a young nice female came and asked the same thing. I told her and she walked away. Later the long blonde hair female came back and asked my name. I thought it was strange. I told her my name and I said remember I ordered the breadsticks and salad?? She said oh and turned to a female and asked her if it was done. The female said, I don't know! My order hadn't even been started on. I asked for my money back and the long blonde hair female was livid and RUDE!! She act like she was high on something. I've NEVER had someone from a place of business be so loud and rude to me like she was! Snatch the receipt from my hand and rudely hand a refund receipt back to me! I will drive 20 miles out of the way before I ever eat at this location. She is the WORST customer...

One of the best pizza huts I have been to. Fast and friendly staff. Salad bar always stocked and healthy looking without shriveled, wilting looking vegetables. Pizza, wings, meaty marinara pasta...all fantastic. What impresses me most is that they strive for perfection. On two occasions I was offered a remade entree without asking. The first was a meaty marinara that was slightly overcooked so cheese was a little dark and crunchy around the edges, but totally edible. She told me i could have it if I wanted, but she was having them remake one for me. I ate both, ha. The second time an air bubble formed in the middle of a personal pan and popped causing the sauce and cheese to look a little mangled. She again left it and asked if I would like another. Again it was totally edible, but just the fact they care so much...
