Walgreens — Local services in Lebanon

Horrible experience with Renna and Ellie, bought some items and both told me that the register does not print the receipts. Renna went out to to the back to print the so called receipt, came back with a standard A4 page, apparently to be my receipt. I then asked her to void the transaction, she was unable to do so due to not having a barcode of the receipt. She then asked for assistance, the gentleman who was assisting another customer at the time after finishing, he came to Renna’s register and voided the transaction with ease and printed out the return slip. If I could give this visit 0 stars I would. Side note: 10 min before checking out at the register, I picked up some prescriptions from the pharmacy and was provided a printed receipt as usual...

Wow. While waiting at the pharmacy, for what was at least 20 minutes to pick up my mother's asthma medication, i must have put the empty box down while doing some shopping on the clearance rack. I have been a bit distracted doing hospis care. Long story short, once i returned the pharmacy, a store employee slamed the box on the counter yelling at me, that the pharmacy customers are littering!! Very uncalled for. Very hostile and i hope corporate reads this , as i will never shop here again. New in town, just came to helpmom. And if any man feels its except able to yell at me for any reason. like your employee did, especially when, excuse me mama you may have dropped this. Unreal.I would very much like someone fro. I'll start with credibility, I have shopped at this location for about 2 years straight , literally every employee knows me even the Manager. that said the pharmacy or whomever is working there or hiring talent is going to get someone sent to the hospital, not even joking 30 minutes ago was there, 3 people had the exact same issue with the pharmacy at the same time and have been for months ranging from a 90 day script being given as a 30 day, to rude Karen's with a blue card or not apparently, my personal favorite was they threw out a script I specifically asked on be kept on file on mychart, after getting out of the E.R. switching pharmacies and never going to this...
