took an iphone 6 here to get a screen problem diagnosed and fixed to sell the phone. diagnosis was quick and great. well appreciated. dropped it off on a monday and told that i will be back wednesday with the phone fixed for payment and pickup and i was told 70 dollars at first on Monday. he quickly recanted the same day and said 75 when i asked a final time for the price before leaving the shop. I get there wednesday to be told there was an issue with the screen that was put on the phone and asked to come back in an hour. unable. because that was the purpose of dropping it off. for it to be serviced and ready when i am available to drive into eesville again. I was told to come back friday. so now i am having to come out ot my way twice for this phone screen that shouldve been finished. upon arrival on friday i was told the price was now 80.00. not what was said the first two times. when questioned i was basically told i was a liar and i lied on him. First and foremost i should not have had to come that many times for the screen to be fixed. if that was the case i could have took it to the other place in leesville to be serviced quickly and efficiently in the manner that was originally stated. If you like spending that much time on an quick fix issue and being called a liar and having your prices changed several times. come here. otherwise, you’re better off going to CPR or taking it somewhere else. 10/10 do not recommend. and the only reason i came to this place was from a recommendation. if i could zero star i would. a complete inconvenience to my time and the sale...

I'd give more stars because they did their job and replaced my screen, but I chose a replacement screen based on the lead technicians recommendation of "I can't tell the difference between the two screens".

Now my viewport is almost 3/4" smaller with big black bars across the top and bottom of my screen and my fingerprint scanner doesn't work anymore. I'm not sure if anything else doesn't work, but I know I'm out $150 and have to find someone else to replace my screen again...

I called and asked him about the viewport and he said that he doesn't know if there's any differences because he doesn't know enough about them, which is a much different answer than before and 100% would've influenced my decision.

But who else are you supposed to trust if not the guy that replaces them...

I’m a huge fan of promoting great service and business. The man who works here is an angel! My phone screen went black and after at&t said there was no way to get my pictures of other info (all my pictures from my 4th child’s first year) I called him and he put on a temporary screen so I could back up my phone and transfer all my information to my new phone, then put my broken screen back on so I could return my broken phone. Only $50! Well worth over a year of memories and the headache of getting all my info back!

I was also in there when he told another customer that going through insurance would be cheaper than using his services (instead of just making money off her).
