We were in this summer and were very happy with the food. Today was anotherr story. The food was subpar with several items dried out and obviously old. I assumed it was because it was Sunday afternoon and the lunch rush was well over. No big deal, we'll try again another time. When I was asked by a waitress how everything was, I told her I was disappointed. She brought our check with only 2 meals on it instead of 4, I assumed that this was because of what I'd said. I was polite and hadn't asked for anything, yet. When we went to pay we were told that the discount was an error. I let the woman know that we were disappointed with our visit and thought after expressing that, they were taking care of us as customers. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me that she'd had 300 other customers without complaint that day. She reluctantly gave us 10% off.
We would have been happy to come back another time. I know that some days are better than others. However, customer service is a big deal so we won't be returning.

We ordered 6 drinks two adults 4 kids all the drinks tasted like water, we informed the server of the problem she only replaced me and my husbands drink. The food was old and dry and they replaced some due to dinner but afterwards come to our table and said we couldnāt have the fresh food because it was dinner food. I asked the owner what type of scheme she was running because we wasnāt informed this where we could have just waited and paid for dinner, before attempting to eat terrible food. She complained when I complained to her and said we had multiple full plates with food uneaten and I told her of course because the food was nasty. My kids will not eat terrible food. Iām sorry but 15 years of service in the community do not give this business owner to feed their customers bad food and give bad service. If I get sick from this food I will leave another comment. I asked for a booth and she took us to a table and when I asked for the booth again she said they were all full, but not a single soul in a booth. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day the last time, but I see this is a constant thing. Iām not sure if Iām the only one who has experienced this, but this isnāt how you treat paying customers. We are the reason you are still in business. They were not busy at this time, but I still had to ask for my plates to be removed from the table. I waited until we had a stack of 5 before I said anything just to see if either of the two servers would get them after multiple trips pass the table, but instead only filled my drink cup, which honestly didnāt need it because it was still over half full.
